It would be foolish if he wasn't aware of what went on in the city, didn't matter that he rarely venture into it. Preferring to keep hidden away in his hideout and away from the suffering — it helped ease his mind, if only a little bit. He didn't want to see the horrors that had come to pass. Having witnessed it enough in his opinion, bleeding over and over for a world that kept marching towards destruction. He hated that he ignored it BUT it had destroyed not just him but someone close to him. Turning away from it like that man had to save what little of himself was left now, so what if it was selfish?

He was definitely curious about this young man. Enough to keep a watchful eye on his whereabouts and activities. Smuggling water and other supplies was not something that was uncommon — a few struggling to help those ailing from hardship. You would be stupid not to know about it. Having turned down several who had tried to use him like an enforcer to shutdown such affairs when it effected them. Sure, he was no saint by any means and the jobs he did take were not for the faint of heart BUT even he wasn't about to get involved in such things. Let them fuck with those in charge, he would neither help nor hinder either side.

Almost disturbingly quick his wrist flicks and the little metal conductor's wand he carried around flies over and past the young man's shoulder. Piercing straight through the forehead of a large hulking monster of a yaoguai behind him — the being falling backwards and into a heap. The metal rod floating back into his hands before the masked monkey stands, stretching out his arms and scratching his neck with it.

Honestly, it was cute that a simple smile was the cause of such reaction from his fellow celestial monkey. Only stirring him to see how much he could tease him now in response — what buttons he could push to get even more out of him.

The sage began leaning closer, invading Macaque's personal bubble JUST enough. Though he was mindful for now not to get too close or touch him — he wanted to tease him sure, but there was still those personal boundaries he kept in mind for now. Their relationship was still very rocky right now and he didn't want to do anything to push that divide that was already there.

Name: Toyo Todoroki

Gender: Male

General Appearance: Toyo, much like his father, was born with crimson hair, but turned white over time due to the fact he possesses a mixture of his grandfather and grandmother's quirks (somewhat like Shouto). He has a combination of his father's turquoise eyes (the actual irises) and his mother mint green eyes (the outer rim of his irises), a feature that many believe looks beautiful together. Additionally, he has a beauty mark located underneath his right eye, meanwhile the left side of his face and neck are wrapped with bandages due to an after effect of overusing his quirk (much like how Touya/Dabi burns himself with his fire, Toyo gives himself a mixture of a fire and ice burn that Touya/Dabi refers to simply a freezer burn) and has since caused his left eye to glaze over in a cold frost.

Personality: Toyo is a very kind and compassionate individual just like his mother and has no problem making conversation with those around him, though the only problem lies within who his father is (thus making most people steer clear of him) and the fact he has bandages covering a majority of his face (often causing others to think he has something wrong with him). Despite this though, many believe Toyo to be beautiful in appearance and his eye is often the key source of all his praise amongst others. Toyo is also a charmer at heart and can woo others with great ease, possessing his mother's shameless flirtation and his father's inability to be flustered, thus making him a dangerous person to try and toy with when it comes to seeking out a partner.

Special Talents: Toyo's quirk. Much like his uncle Shouto, Toyo has a combination of both fire and ice, though it manifested in a different way than Shouto's. While Shouto can use an even amount of both fire and ice, Toyo can mainly use his ice ability over his fire ability due to the fact he manifested a bit more of his grandmother's genetics than his grandfather's. Yet Toyo is not quite as skilled as Shouto is when it comes to evenly using his quirk, this is evident with the overuse of his ice quirk that has caused areas of his skin (and left eye) to freeze over in a frostbite-like manner. Despite this, Toyo's quirk still doesn't have a name and is often referred to in the same manner as Shouto's half-hot half-cold quirk, but swapped to half-cold half-hot instead due to his ice being stronger than his blueflame.

Who they like better: Truthfully, Toyo loves both his parents equally and could never make a choice between the two, even if his father seems a little bit more distant from him than his mother does (though he doesn't do so intentionally).

Who they take after more: Toyo is a combination of both his father and his mother. So he would like to think that there's an equal amount of both of them in his personality, but most people tend to say he's more like Touya/Dabi than he likes to admit.

Personal Headcanon: Toyo, despite being an only child, often likes to pretend that his cousins are his siblings due to the fact that he grows lonely fairly easy when his parents aren't around. While growing up as a child, Toyo often asked his father if he would receive a sibling some time soon to which Touya/Dabi always responded with a firm no. This is due to the fact Toyo was an accidentally conceived child during a drunken night between his father and mother.
