Especially with Inoue who is a “gravure idol” AKA a type of model who primarily models for men’s magazines? Yet Geto’s first reaction was to point out that Gojo changed his wallpaper. Aside from the fact that Geto was observant enough to notice Gojo’s phone wallpaper, it’s interesting how Gojo… had to tell him who she is? Like OP suggests most boys who routinely read men’s magazines would know Inoue. For your reference this is the type of media Inoue typically appeared in:

I don’t think this scene alone definitively proves that Geto isn’t interested in women. IMO it seems like Geto’s “model student” status is being emphasised here more instead, as he isn’t the type to consume celebrity content. But when you add this to the other list of moments that hint at Geto’s non-straightness (See: him avoiding Yuki’s question TWICE)… Gege definitely made some interesting choices with him.
