Henry has the Heart of the Truest Believer. So it would make sense that he looks at the world as it could be - as it should be - and holds the people in it to that standard. Just by being who he is and exuding that energy. Just by believing. Especially the ones who needed someone to see them, to believe that they could put in the work to change their mindset and behavior. But Hope has no such heart. And she looks at the world through a different lens. A yes we are and are descended of fairy tale figures but we do live in the real world and there should be very real consequences type of lens. Regina hurt so many people. Not just her immediate family. And the same goes for Rumple. Of course, Hope doesn't want them dead or banished because she recognizes that they have loved ones in town. But Hope still feels as though no one holds them accountable. So she will do it. Even if it hurts. Even if no one will understand. Even if her efforts go unnoticed. It's the right thing to do. Hope can't just ignore that.
