Is this the smoking gun? The other other ring

So much focus has been on the Claddagh ring from Ireland (with my own blog being no exception). But what we haven't paid enough attention to is that there are two other rings that are personal to Nic- one is a Claddagh (her original- which, I haven't dug into but I intend to, because when did we see this one pop up?) and the other is a North Star signet.

I dunno about you guys, but the ring Nic is wearing in her engagement photo looks an awful lot like the ring Luke was seen wearing after his 'Shape of Thing's' play in 2023.

And do you know what this ring is?! It's the North Star signet.

So now it all comes around full circle as Chupi has clearly stated on their website that the left hand pinkie ring is a North Star signet. And who do we see wearing this ring first? LUKE! 👀😍🥰

And do you know what a North Star signet represents?

It's a personal guiding light. It represents values, or priorities that keep you focused on your true north, much like the actual North Star in the sky acts as a fixed point for navigation; it symbolizes direction, stability, and purpose due to its unchanging position.

That Chupi ring is a custom piece designed by Nic to include things important to her. Those are Luke, Bridgerton (S3 specifically) and her Irish heritage. But the ring is so popular now that of course they‘ll try to rebrand it to appeal to a broader audience. It‘s a company, they want to make money…It‘s still listed as an engagement ring (or rather again). This changes nothing about Nic‘s feelings about the ring or its significance.

Exactly.

The meaning still remains the same for Nicola but agreed, the ring has had so many eyes on it, it's bound to change meaning for those who purchase or promote one.

Ring truthers stay winning and we won't ever lose.

This time it fluctuated in a certain way, just one 8 or 80 X3

He is more friendly than neutral towards Nohana.

Luck treats Nohana like a young lady, always calling her "lady" or "miss" by the way. He still doesn't talk much, but out of everyone else, she's one of the only ones he started a conversation with first (not having anything to do with the garden at least qwp). I mean, you can't call it a conversation, since he just spoke and continued on his way…

"Miss, you shouldn't be here... You're on a fine line of what you can become... Just don't overwork yourself.. When you're ready, rest."

After that he moves away from her, he doesn't really get very close to her…

With Felice, he is neutral but a little friendly.

The two don't talk much, as expected, but Luck watches Felice a lot. He likes her appearance, a living doll, he finds it fascinating. He thought it might be a spirit controlling the doll, but that aside, he was more focused on how its creator made the porcelain come together so well, and how he made the connections between the joints.

Like many, he is neutral and hostile towards Talissa.

Well, I didn't say this before about Elijah but I'll say it now, Luck can see that the two weren't always demons, so that's why he doesn't care so much about their presence (Although even if they were he wouldn't do anything… Technically… Maybe).

Luck doesn't talk to Talissa, much less get close, like her brother. However, he seems hostile when he sees her with Hayden.

Luck appears to be friendly and neutral towards Amelia.

Well, he notices that she didn't want to be there at all, he sees her as an unlucky person who ended up there. He doesn't talk like he always does, but he doesn't move away immediately, it's even comfortable, Amelia can feel a warm and comfortable aura when she gets close to Luck.

He is neutral towards Tsutsuji.

He notes that she shouldn't be here, this race supposedly no longer exists, he has little knowledge about it itself. But he doesn't care that much, it's a little fascinating, but he continues his life calmly, until it becomes a threat, he doesn't care.

He is neutral towards Laffy

He doesn't understand anything about it, he doesn't know exactly what it is, he only knows that it is purely chaotic. He sincerely sees her as a child, she is totally connected to three hundred and twenty, he simply can't follow that excitement, as long as it's not a threat, he's fine.

He is more friendly than neutral towards Neo.

Another ghost… I mean a completely normal jester. Luck came to talk to him too, he spoke calmly and in a low tone.

"Be careful, young sir… The rope you walk on is thin.. Don't slip… Because you might get lost… Just don't overwork yourself.. When you're ready, rest."

After that he moves away from him, doesn't come very close to him…

El Chupacabra. A canine-like hunter who had just ripped the throat off an unlucky victim. Spikes grow from the creature's forehead and on the length of its spine. Orange eyes are on the fourth wall as it waits to attack. It wears a black shirt, a reminder that this monster was once human, and might as well be . . .

El Chupacabra

El Chupacabra is yet another beast that continues to elude science but has dropped enough puzzle pieces to leave even the skeptical wondering. Its very name, which means “goat sucker,” is disturbing, a reflection of the practice for which the creature is known. According to believers, it feeds off the blood of hapless livestock.

Tales of the beast originated in Puerto Rico but quickly spread throughout Latin America and up through Mexico, leading some to believe Chupy is on the move. In recent years, reports have started coming in from the southwestern United States. One of the first reportedly came from a Tucson resident named Billy Nubian, who was awakened in the middle of the night by the panicked bleats of the two goats he kept. When the man ran out to see what was happening, he found what he described as a large “ratlike creature” in the goat pen, pinning one of the animals to the ground. Nubian said that when the beast noticed him, it turned to face him and let out an inhuman shriek before disappearing into the dark.

A few years later, in 2003, another Tucson resident reported a similar experience. The girl,. who wished to be identified only as Sarah A., recalled a “half-man, half-ape looking thing” squatting in her front yard. As she walked outside toward her mother’s car, she and the creature startled one another. Crouching “frog style,” the beast leaped toward her, made a hissing noise, then ran away. According to the girl’s description, the frightening creature had big piercing eyes, large hind legs, and an arched back covered in spines. 

Unfamiliar with the Chupacabra legend at the time, Sarah discovered only later that what she saw agreed with others’ accounts of the bloodsucking monster. The kangaroo-like legs, large eyes, and spiked back all matched. Some witnesses say its oversized eyes glow red in the night.

Stories of the beast,w hen compared to those of other elusive creatures like the Mohaves’ Amaypathenya or the Mogollon Monster’s Bigfoot brethren, are rather new, dating back no further than the 1950s or ‘60s. This has led many to believe the Chupacabra is nothing than a regional superstition. But that leaves little explanation for the thousands of mutilated, blood-drained animals that continue to be discovered  in the areas that it’s said to inhabit. The victims, mostly goats, cattle, and chickens, are discovered after having been attacked sometime in the night. The animals are found emptied of blood, with peculiar, well-defined puncture wounds in either the neck or the hindquarters, through with no evidence of external bleeding.

These disturbing crime scenes also commonly lack of any tracks, as one would expect from a normal animal attack. But this absence of footprints may support yet another unusual feature sometimes assigned to the Chupacabra-various witnesses report seeing Chupy bare his leathery wings. One Arizona told us he spotted something about the size of a small ape crossing his path along Interstate 19 as he was on his way from Phoenix to Nogales. Somewhere near the border, the creature, which bore all the signs of the Chupacabra, flew into  his headlights and upward into the night sky. 

As yet, no humans have been assaulted by the blood-thirsty being. But if the Chupacabra really has moved into Arizona, it’s only a matter of time before it tires of dining on javelina and starts looking for larger game.
