@quirkhearted said : {Also Tenko & Keigo. owo}           『 Meme || Not Accepting 』
Name: Chiyumi
Gender: Female
General Appearance: She has sentient snakes for hair, their scales a bluish grey tint. Scales are interspersed across her face, shoulders, arms, legs and back, and she has slit-pupiled grey eyes.
Personality: A bit shy and hesitant at times, due to how she’d been mistreated by her biological parents and folks in temporary homes alike (out of fear of her Quirks and because of the negative effects of it when someone ends up hurt bc they pushed her to or on accident), she is still rather kind-hearted and sweet, most animated person around those she’s comfortable with. She shares her new parents’s love of video games greatly and thrives off increasingly acquiring new skills and learning new things. She tends to get overly flustered when she makes mistakes and even is easily spooked at times, as it is with snakes, but nonetheless strives to be helpful and as hardworking as she can be.
Special Talents: Her Quirk is known as Gorgon. By meeting gazes with others, she can petrify them for some time, a full twenty-four hours being the typical time at the longest, though her emotions can affect said time limit, especially if she were upset and WANTED to petrify the other with intent to hurt. Prior to being adopted by Keigo and Tenko, she tended to keep her snakes over her eyes or simply put on a blindfold, though always staying put and off to the side so as not to accidentally bother or risk petrifying others more. Her snake hair is also venomous, each snake capable of killing those unfortunate enough to be bitten by them if an antivenom is not administered.
Who they like better: She likes Keigo plenty, but she definitely favors Tenko a lot, as he as able to help her adjust to her Quirk and give proper accommodations (like special glasses to prevent petrification) for her, whereas Keigo had suggested simply training her to better get used to not using her eyes to see, rather, using her snakes as aids, since their senses are picked up by her as well. She appreciated the sentiment, but found Tenko’s idea a lot better (especially when she’d noticed how horrified Keigo had looked when he’d realized what he himself had just suggested–why would he suggest something he didn’t like? That was just confusing!).
Who they take after more: Tenko notes she acts an awful lot like him before The Incident with his family. Tentative, as though any action on her part with end up in someone getting upset, but bright and excited nonetheless, especially once they found a workaround for her petrifying gaze.
Personal Headcanon: Said snake training idea will come in handy later on when she decides to train to be a hero. Keigo still being tentative to bring it to the table, but Tenko would help make sure he didn’t go overboard (’like THEY did’, he said–who could this ‘they’ be she would have to wonder?) She would come to love training because it is a fun family activity for her, in addition to family gaming nights. Keigo even becoming far more used to such a thing being a positive thing and gradually upping the challenge at her pace and request. She hopes she can intern under her parents to be able to use this sensory ability potential to help become a proper Search and Rescue heroine.

Bonus kiddo!:
Name: nameless at first save their Quirk name ‘Angel of Death’, later Naoki, named after Tenko’s mother, once properly taken in
Gender: Agender
General Appearance: Their hair is a messy black-white split with the odd blond streak here and there, and they have Keigo’s golden eyes. They have two wings similarly to Keigo’s, with black feathers speckled in white rather than red.
Personality: Prior to being taken in by Keigo and Tenko, they were a blank slate, almost as though a puppet meant to follow orders (which they were in fact made to be). They followed each and every order given to a T, with a brutal ruthlessness most their age would never have. After rehabilitation and being taken in by the two, they are a rather tentative, awkward person who oftentimes looks to either of them, or their younger sister Chiyumi, for help in a social situation. In learning proper morals and gaining more understanding, they hold immense guilt over the things they had been ordered to do and carried out so easily, and in present slips ups, when they accidentally hurt someone in not realizing what they’ve done wrong until actively made aware or found out too late.
Special Talents: The effectiveness and lethality of ‘Angel of Death’ lies in how feathers of their wings have the potential to spread Decay upon contact, and to the same degree Tenko can, should there be nothing to cut it off. More so, the feathers of their wings can detach and move around telekinetically, similarly to Keigo’s, making them quite the dangerous and effective ranged assassin.
Who they like better: They would never choose between either father. Both helped immensely in bettering their life, both in helping them overcome the horrific programming they had been put through and in offering them a home in spite of all they have done/how the two perceived them at first glance.
Who they take after more: They tend to resemble Tenko most, both in appearance (their face startlingly reminiscent of his teen years), and then in personality after they’d gone through rehabilitation, at first, Keigo’s younger self’s stoicness and only showing emotion in especially exciting moments, then gradually the resemblance became more akin to, Tenko would note, his own younger years consumed by fear of his own Quirk.
Personal Headcanon: They were born in a lab, created by splicing together Pro Hero Wither and Hawks’s genes together. They were meant to be an assassin, made to throw hero society into disarray after the efforts made to help recover and in the vacancy of All for One’s reign of terror, all while pinning the blame on Tenko, Quirk effects considered. The situation grew dire soon enough, even forcing Tenko to go deep underground to escape the public eye and keep his family and allies safe, especially from those trying to take him in by any means necessary. Vigilantes (active and newly spurred into action), vengeful villains, and Pros alike wanting to avenge murdered comrades and family, or even simply wanting to him for answers. While they successfully managed to stay under the radar themself, Tenko and Keigo, in their quest to prove his innocence, inevitably found trace of and eventually confronted them, the so-called Angel of Death. Both were thrown heavily off-guard in the face of them, Tenko especially being shaken in being reminded of his cloned self. Through repeated confrontations that involved many a narrow escape with their lives, it wasn’t until they’d captured the Angel of Death (thanks in part to their daughter Chiyumi’s petrifying gaze), that the two were able to prevent more murders, clear Tenko’s name, and start getting to the bottom of who was responsible for it all. In the meantime, it was clear the two did not want to leave them in the newly reestablished Hero Commission’s care, especially not with the predecessor’s actions, so Tenko would negotiate to have the Angel of Death placed under the rehabilitative agency of Kai Chisaki and help them grow out of their programming.
