For the WIP game: House of Simons!

This answer is for @imagineacoolusername @palimpsessed and @whogaveyoupermission as well. I should have known that a whole house full of Simons would draw people in, thank you for your interest!

Okay, SO. This one is sort of a VERY loose AU of the mid-aughts web series House of Cosbys. (Okay, maybe it’s really only an AU in the sense that I’m using this title, but I may draw in some other elements as I go and it's a good title.) Like House of Cosbys, it's about clones. But instead of Cosbys, we have Simons, and the house in question is Pitch Manor.

Set the summer before 8th year, Simon has a strange reaction to the trauma of his first encounter with the Humdrum in the flesh: he starts spawning NEW Humdrums (if you know me, you know this means copies of himself) that are all a little... different from one another (and different ages, as Humdrums are known to be). After some juvenile centre hijinx, and a blocked attempt to get in touch with Penny, one of the Simon copies will lead the gang to Hampshire for help from the one person he knows has the means and the motivation to take them in and figure out what the fuck is happening before the magical atmosphere is completely annihilated.

I don't have much specifically planned for this yet, but stay tuned for an Abbott and Costello-esque exchange about which one of them is left when which one of them is done. And of course for Baz being in a heaven/hell of his own making.
