╳┆Admittedly, he was skeptical of this hand-scrawled map and the craggly stranger who'd drawn it up, but it was the best lead they had so far. Rumors of a cursed artifact had been swirling around this area long before they arrived, and yet the moment he started asking around, everyone went mum. Everyone save for the map-maker, who responded in broken rumbles and half-words, beckoned them into his shanty, and scribbled out a crude path.

Now they stood at the end of a dock, staring straight across the still bay at a small, lush island. It seemed their target was somewhere in the midst of that overgrowth.

"It seems we'll need a boat."

There was only so much of that ominous breathing Aphra could stand before she began to fill the silence with mindless chatter. “I hope we’re going somewhere a little more scenic this time,” she said, dutifully punching in the coordinates Vader provided into the hyperdrive. “I hear Gatalenta is beautiful this time of year. And you can never go wrong with Naboo-” Her face fell considerably when their map zero’ed in on the outer rim instead, to a little dustball planet of no repute. “...Or not…” 

Still, she knew better than to complain. Too much, anyway. The stars stretched into the thin blue lines as Aphra plopped into the pilot’s seat, that creepy, unsettling – and dare she say, threatening – breathing keeping pace just behind her.

“So, uh, what are we looking for, Boss? Is it rebels?” She allowed herself to hope, just a little, and excitement crept into her voice. “Something shiny?”

If there was anything on this island that Legato knew could be eaten, it was fish. Fish were definitely edible and he could probably cook them easily enough if he could get a fire going. The problem was in actually acquiring the fish in order to get to the cooking stage.

This would be infinitely easier if he had his powers, dammit.

As of now, he was still attempting to work out a plan of action to get to the fish he was watching dart about in the little inlet a bit away from the crash of water. These ones are small and darting and wouldn't make much of a meal regardless but it's better then trying to go into the loud, moving water further out to attempt to find bigger ones.

He isn't going to remotely pretend that he's got any idea what he's doing in water of any depth and he has no interest in learning what it feels like to drown, thank you.

Legato looks up when he hears someone approach, eyeing the figure with vague curiosity before he turns his attention back to the fish. He may as well ask, he supposes. Someone surely knows how to manage this.

"I don't suppose you know how one goes about acquiring fish?"
