IDK your feelings about Christopher Walken, but I just found out that apparently he really loved Elvis Presley as a teenager (after a GF introduced him) and changed his hair to imitate Presley's combed-back style ever since. I thought it was super cute, but it also made me think of you.

i'm screaming I love this and you. the image of celin's wet, teary eyes... i'm dying. the way you describe him is spot on and perfect. I love the way they interact in this and the sweet sweet discomfort of bez having to ask for what he wants. I also love that celin is a little worried but still trusts that bez knows what he wants and he's still willing to try and give it to him.

First of all -> Aemond MEANT to kill Lucerys. "The day was black as his heart", after the Baratheon girl asked "did he just take an eye or did he take one of your balls as well?" No one could catch him; he made his way QUICKLY to Vhagar so please this whole thing of "He regrets it," is crap because he stalked the younger nephew on the largest dragon.

Second of all -> As for the episode where Aemond lit his brother up! That is such a BS and a joke storyline because YES! Aemond wanted to be King and felt that he should have been unlike Daemon who is having acid trips and being manipulated just as I believe she will do to Aemond but I regress. Daemon NEVER wanted the crown! But even Aemond would not have lit his brother up because in the book; the two work together to take down Meleys and Rhaenys not a surprise attack by Vhagar.

Now for the how the show is writing this! YES, they have turned this into the Aemond hour. I knew Aemond was a psychopathic cunt. I love crazy Aemond but they have turned him into basically a serial killer because he was bullied as a child. True, he was and yes, his brother was his greatest bully but it is almost like they are forcing MODERN issues into the show. STOP IT! The book was great on its own.

Why the hell do these writers and Sara Hess is the biggest piece of shit and I hope she is not the writer for the series Highlander or that will be ruined, as well; trying to add modern idealogy to a fantasy series. This is why we read these books or write RP or watch movies; to escape the real world insanity for a moment! Not to be reminded of it.

As for the Alys and Aemond part of this. It will be a shitshow because EVERYONE wants the gothic romance which if you theorycraft and you do the math on things; it doesn't work well. I am afraid for the God's Eye battle. Hell, the way the writers are; they will have Aemond live!

I have recently been thinking about how much Jacks cares and how much he does for the ones he loves. Theres all he did for Evangeline of course. Theres also Castor, he saved his life sort of, but then also became a fate so he wouldnt be alone and then made sure Castor would remain safe by making people believe he was a fate too. And then with the first fox he overcame the archers curse, with how he talks about the curse in the books that must have taken so much self control and strenght and been really difficult.

he doesn’t always think things through, he doesn’t always make the right choice, but he genuinely cares for the ones he loves and would go - more specifically, has already gone - very far for them.

i’ve been thinking about the archer’s curse as well! i don’t think we give him enough credit for overcoming it. like, this man was cursed, some ancient and powerful magic was compelling him to hunt down a person he really cared about. i can’t even imagine how that must have felt for him, and still, he was able to resist the curse. i don’t know if it took more than sheer willpower for him to do it, but i can’t imagine it taking anything less than an enormous amount of self control and strength to literally overcome a curse.

evangeline fights for love fiercely and relentlessly, and jacks absolutely does the same. 💗
