some notes:

Gorgon also isnt their 'birth' name (Chimera sorta jokingly called them that in good humor once and it just stuck) it's likely that only Chimera knows what their birth name is (he isnt telling)

far worse for paradise than Chimera ever was and people realize that VERY quickly once second corruption ends up starting

(gorgon doesnt care if you're responsible, gorgon only sees allies and enemies, either you're with them or against them, and if you're against them you better start praying)

has killed for chimera before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again-

struggles to feel empathy towards others and their sympathy is only for those they care about (and their husband)

they don't really care what they wear as long as it'll allow them to move freely

essentially kept leaving blood trails all over the place as they moved, they essentially just ditched 2/3 of the tree bits as soon as they found Chimera

(they only chucked the last piece after Chimera recovered)

end of limbs are metallic, and feel like metal, as a side effect, getting slashed is like being stabbed by a bunch of knives.

is far more chill when with Chimera, and generally Chimera is the main one that keeps them calm, just by being around them.

you can bet that they're all but clinging to Chimera in second & post corruption timeframe whenever they get the chance

in first corruption they were the main one keeping things running/being professional about it ("Please stop flirting this is a professional situation" while barely containing the snuggle urges)

VERY cuddly but only toward Chimera, if anyone else tries you WILL get bitten at a minimum.

sitting in the background like the cursed emoji whenever anyone that they don't trust is near Chimera (they won't start being aggressive unless the other is being aggressive first though)

(I forgot to write this when the pv originally dropped, but seeing all the Belostain stuff in it really makes me think that Vervain is actually undercover Gatto. I'm not sure if Gatto is still in Belostain or not during the pv but I'd like to think he eventually sends a letter to Inference both revealing the lab there and asking for help escaping.

While I'm at it I may as well give a little bit of info about Cogsmith and Steam Confectioner.

Cogsmith is the one who gave Cannoneer the metal arm after he lost his real arm. He mainly works on repair work for the city's machines and acts as a doctor of sorts for the residents. But for those unfortunate few who are too far gone for even him to save, well, he'll give them a proper send off. Cannonner often comes to his workshop for maintenance, and over time the 2 of them have become rather close.

Steam Confectioner runs a bakery that's well know for using steam as a way to bake goods. It's frequented quite often by both Cannoneer and Cogsmith, so much so that they both have gotten rather fond of her company, and the feeling is mutual for her. Whenever either of her 2 friends are sad, she'll do whatever it takes to cheer them up again. Be it wrapping them up in warm blankets and giving them hot cocoa, or just tickling them silly, she always does her best to show that she cares about them

[ the fact that Kanan is a year older ( born 33 BBY ) than Cal ( born roughly 32 BBY), Cal is in hiding until 14 BBY (Fallen Order), Kanan doesn't meet Hera till 11 BBY. So 3 years after Fallen Order... Just working through this timeline I don't think it's impossible that somewhere around 9 BBY (Jedi Survivor/Kenobi) to 5 BBY (Rebels s1) that they could have mad contact, both taking from the Empire already.

If the next game comes out and they don't Kanan I'll be disappointed but I have to hope they'd at least know each other are alive having been roughly around the same age and in the same Jedi temple. The next game has to be around the events of Rebels, no way around it. God I've fought adding Kanan since Rebels aired I just don't even know the fc I'd use and I really shouldn't make another Freddie muse lol

Ezra born 19bby, training started when he was 14 (5bby), 19 by the end of Rebels/Battle of Yavin. There's a 13 year age gap between Ezra and Cal, which, if they met I could see Ezra just instantly clicking with Cal but looking up to him like Kanan. Cal and Ezra have such similar personalities.... and the thought of Cal running into Han makes me laugh, Han wouldn't take him seriously at all but he doesn't take much seriously.

This might have me going a little nuts but I made up a time line because I need the visual-- I should add Ahsoka's important moments too this as well but right now I'm in my head about Cal and Caleb being survivors so young... ]

so, one of my au concepts is fresh being the one to find/raise the player shapes first, and that sorta evolved into this one-

fucked up local traumatized semi-feral guy that lives in the caves (he was abandoned in there as a pouchlet and survived out of rage and spite) and his v squishy marshmallow baby (who was also most likely abandoned there) who he has killed for before and will not hesitate to do so again

// I’ve rewatched the movie six times now, and I just can’t get over how beautiful Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is. Everything, from the painted story-book style design and exaggeratedly animated movements, to the recurrent themes and symbolism is striking. I’m obsessed with all the symbolism they used to tease Death’s identity before it was revealed, and I love how repetition is used to symbolize Puss’ growth as a character. It took my third watch to realize that his first fight scene encounter with Death mirrors his fight with him in the ending scene too and show how he’s come to accept that part of life is its end and he’s made peace with that fact and chosen to face it head on. I also especially love how the movie portrayed what happens during a panic attack and the use of Deep Pressure Therapy to mitigate the symptoms. I love how each of the characters realized that they didn’t need a wish to make things come true.

// Overall, the general storyline of the movie revolving around more mature themes like death, confronting mortality, and having to give up selfish desires/look in front of one in order to actually be happy, as well as the overall tone of these messages as a whole, was really great and really spoke to me as an adult who grew up on the Shrek Cinematic Universe. I wish more movies and TV shows would take a page from this movie because honestly, this is what adult animated content should be like. Diverse, artistically-free, addressing concerns and fears and feelings that we all have at some point but may never get to express, but also engaging and fun. This movie is genuinely touching and I really hope we get to see more films like it that don’t just say, but show that animation is an all-inclusive genre.
