a/n: first fic on here! I hope this isn't too bad for my first time 🫣 I wanted to write something simple and sweet for Jey bae so here yall go <3

"You gon kill it out there bae!" you smile at your loving boyfriend, Jey, who's sitting on the couch in your locker room while you prep for your championship match against Charlotte Flair. The two of you have had an ongoing rivalry for the past couple of weeks. Tonight was finally the night to settle it, with you defending your Women's Championship Title.

"You know it, baby! Imma go out there, deal with her ass and come back STILL being champ." you said confidently, following your pre-match stretch routine. After finally being moved to Smackdown's main roster, you'd been everywhere. From doing promos almost every week, many main event matches on Smackdown, and even having a couple matches on bigger shows like Fastlane, You couldn't be missed. And Jey was loving every single bit of it. He truly was your number-one supporter. He always encouraged you to take every opportunity offered to you.

After Jey left the mess that is now the Bloodline, he had more time to be with you but also doing his own thing on Raw. He essentially became the Paul Heyman to your Roman Reigns. Whether it be him hyping you up, posting you on his Instagram, or being there for your matches, his support was unmatched. In return, you'd do the exact same for him.

"You damn right! Can't wait to see yo sexy ass in that ring." he says with a big smile. You roll your eyes playfully. "You think im playin', that damn gear is gon be the death of me!" When you got upgraded to the main roster, you wanted new gear. Something that said sexy but badass. You can't lie, your new gear really showed off your toned figure. "Keep it in your pants Jey, I still gotta match remember?" you giggle. "plusss, I need my number one supporter in the right headspace!". He looks at you with a straight face, "C'mon on y/nnn, we got like, thirty minutes till you on." He gives you that look while he slowly starts to manspread. You strut towards him with a big smile on your face, finding your spot on his lap and giving him a kiss on the lips. He smiles at you as his hands find your waist, pulling you closer into another kiss.

The two of continue your mini make-out session. "goddamn, you so fine". His hands are all over you and you moan quietly at his words before being interrupted by a knock at the door. "Y/N you're on in five!" It was someone from production letting you know it's time to go. Jey still continued to kiss you until you gently pushed him away. "Jey we gotta go," you say as he continues to kiss down your neck. You push him away with more force this time, standing up to grab your title and touch up your makeup. He gives you an annoyed look. "Once I retain my title, I'm all yours for the night. We can do whatever you want." you wink at him, heading toward the door. "Yeah?" he runs his hand over his beard, looking at you. "Bet, just know imma hold you to that baby" he says getting up and following you.

The two of you finally reach the gorilla position, waiting for your theme music to play. "You ready Uce?" he asks you. "Hell yeah, Lets do this shit!" he grabs your hand and does his classic "YEEET" that always makes you laugh. Once you hear your music, the two of you walk out hand in hand. You look at the crowd and smile. The fans love the unstoppable duo you and Jey have become. (they secretly love you more but don't tell Jey)

"Accompanied to the ring by Main Event Jey Uso, she is the WWE Women's Champion, Y/N!".

You smile hearing the announcer's introduction. You've always dreamed of being a WWE Superstar and it feels like a dream every time you walk out. The title around your waist shines against all the lights in the arena. You and Jey high-five fans as you make your way to the ring. Once reaching the ring, Jey holds the ropes open for you and holds his hand out. You take his hand, entering the ring. You climb the turnbuckles on each corner showing off your prized possession, Jey right behind you hyping you and crowd up like always. Before he leaves the ring, Jey kisses you, making the crowd go wild. "Good luck baby, you got this shit in the bag.". Your music dies down and you stare down Charlotte. You wave the title in her face, reminding her know who runs this division.

*Ding Ding Ding*

The two of yall give it your all. Clotheslines, DDTs, Dropkicks, suicide dives out the ring, you name it. Jey watches from the side of the ring constantly rooting for you, even distracting the ref if you need a minute to breathe.

"Yea Uce! Show her who the real champ!!"

"Cmon Y/N, you know how we do it"

"Get her ass good!"

You hit a crazy move? "Yeeeeet" and the crowd follows.

You finally hit Charlotte with a Superkick, paying homage to your man of course, knocking her to the ground. You climb to the top of the turnbuckle to hit your finisher. You look around at the crowd, they're chanting your name and you smile. You blow a kiss to your boyfriend before hitting a Swanton Bomb on her, finally going for the pin.

You slowly rise back up, the biggest smile on your face as your title is returned to you. Jey rushes to your side, hugging you, telling you how proud he is of you. He raises your hand in the air, symbolizing your victory. You raise the title up with your other hand, staring into the camera in front of you, and begin your world-famous shit-talking.

"Can't nobody take away MY title, NO ONE."

"I run this division!"

Jey stares at you in awe for a moment and adds his two cents in.

"Aint nobody on top of us Uce, some real Day One Ish, YEET!"

The two of yall finally make it back to your locker room. Jey hugs you from behind, kissing your cheek down to your neck. "Damn, you did that!" You laugh at him. "I told you I was gonna beat her ass!" you say as you gather your stuff.

"Oh really?

Once you finish packing your stuff, you walk over to your man, whos patiently sitting on the couch. "Let's get back to the hotel so I can show you how much I appreciate your endless support", you say, smirking at him, slowly turning around and heading towards the door. He quickly gets up and picks you up bridal style.

"Oh my god, Jey what the hell?!" you laugh

"You takin' too damn long and you look too damn good for me to wait any longer"

The kind of person who sends hand drawn christmas cards to friends around the globe just for t he sake of making people smile, I mean COME ON, how cute are you?? I love the way that Harry is portrayed as Harry. Stripped down to the nitty gritty, all details aside. Gender, race, sexuality, ethnicity, all aside, Tigers portrayal is ALL about personality, and I think that’s so incredibly rare, and yet so incredibly cool. The acknowledgment of trauma and the REAL effects that it has on kids is very raw and hard to touch on and yet done in a  way that makes it feel natural to explore.

Thoughts on OUAT ending.

Big messy post and quick thoughts ahead!

It’s long past time (5 years IMO) that it should have ended. I have never seen a show nose-dive in quality so much... yet I kept watching and will till the end. Maybe Adam and Eddy’s message of ‘hope’ got to me, haha...

I still remember watching the Australian premiere of the pilot back in early 2012. Curious but unsure. I was only a casual watcher in S1, it didn’t fully grab me. I don’t really have too many memories of S1 apart from being invested in the Rumple/Bae storyline. These two really sold the papa/son relationship. Nowadays I do think it’s overall the best season although the fandom overrates it to the extreme at times.

Come the announcement of Captain Hook in that S2 comic con promo and I became more intrigued as the story of Peter Pan has been with me for as long as I can remember. I slowly became more hooked (ha) during 2A and remember not actually being too impressed with Hook at first. I wanted Captain James Hook, what was this Killain Jones BS? This is was where I first started looking around at the Tumblr fandom and it was still a shit storm back then so I kept to myself.

I remember being excited we would finally see adult Bae.... and then disappointment as he went underutilised. I actually remember being happy Neal and Emma admitted their love because I thought the SQers would realize that SQ isn’t the story they are telling and stop their bullying. I was really enjoying myself with the show, it was really great escapism. It made me believe that there could be parallel fairy tale worlds out there, haha. Especially as I was going through a lot of personal things. Again, I tried to stay out of the fandom drama but was disappointed people I found only really wanted to talk about shipping.

 But my fanboying reached overdrive when this promo came out.

I was ecstatic. I started liking O’Donoghue’s Hook too at this point. He had all the elements of Barrie’s Hook with OUAT’s own twist and when I rewatched his scenes, I found I enjoyed him so much more.

My excitement for S3 was probably the most invested I was in the show. I even started a blog where I posted reviews and stuff- Storybrooke Clock Tower and I think I had 1000 followers. I even sent and received a message from Parker Croft who played Felix. I could NOT wait for S3 to start.

Season 3 was just pure joy for me. They delivered by large and beyond what I had hoped for with their promise of a darker Neverland arc. Robbie Kay, again, someone I was worried about, blew me away. I just remember my thoughts after that final scene of 3x01 and then that ELECTRIFYING sneak peak of 3x02 with Pan sizing up Emma. Holy shit! This kid was sooooo good as Peter Pan, his intensity, that child like charm, having a British accent, his cocky confidence. I was in Pan heaven!

I even love 3B and it reminded me of how much I used to love the 30′s Wizard of Oz movie. I still maintain this was a great arc, it had the best visuals of the series- look at the Oz sets, how good the flying monkeys looked, all the characters still felt like themselves and had things to do, the missing year instead of tired flashbacks and the CS movie at the end.  Lots of fantastic material 

Oh and how could I forget OUATIW which also aired at this time. Starting off a little shaky (I remember the fan complaints) it just went from strength to strength and was a hugely enjoyable spin-off. Again, It reminded me of how much I loved Jafar as a kid and all that Aladdin mythology.

S3 was just a fantastic time to be a Oncer. But after the CS movie I had a funny feeling. It felt like it should have ended right there. With that final montage, with Rumple and Belle’s vows echoing the character arcs of the whole cast...It really felt concluded.

Still I watched on, nervous with the Frozen arc because it felt more like a financial decision rather then creative. I remember coming home after the CS movie aired and wanting to spoil myself so I checked FB and saw ‘Frozen is coming to OUAT’ and I was like... really? really?

Around 4A I shut down my old OUAT blog and just used my Bigmick284 one. I started not being afraid of interacting with fandom and used to reblog a lot of confession posts. I was really active on the FB OUAT page too. I fought with a lot of BAs, lol, and was bullied off the site even...

 People I remember getting along with include.

@mrs-emma-swan-jones-  I mention this a lot but...Anyway... You had a different username but I remember chatting with you a lot during early 4A. I still remember watching and smiling to your fangirling CS reaction videos on Youtube and smiling at all your excitement. Holy crap was that was really 4 years ago...

@lessawildmoon- in my quest to find people who loved to discuss CS intelligently and without resulting to bullying I found you. I remember thinking, I wish she would follow me, lol. And then you did! I always love your level headed posts. And for defending me more than once (ha).

@i-will-move-on-in-life- I remember you because you were always positive and someway down the line we found we liked a lot of things and had a lot in common other than OUAT and here we are still chatting and potentially even planning things! 

@seethem-dancing​- I just remember loving your deep and intricate essays which I always enjoyed reading.

To others who I don’t think are here any more such as FIO who I interacted with a lot over the bullying and hypocritical to downright disgusting ways of the fandom.

I’ve probably forgotten people so I am sorry if IhHave.

Fighting BAs and dealing with FB invasions, I felt stronger because I had friends here. Even with things drove me mad and I got personally attacked... I also learnt and researched many important issues such as rape culture. I learnt a lot and changed a lot about my own beliefs.

Even though I think S1-S3 and OUATIW was best, 4A was probably the last time I think OUAT was really enjoyable and I still couldn’t wait to get home and watch. They did a great job with the Frozen cast, I loved all the Emma focus and it was fun. Something sorely missing with 4B onwards which became a chore to watch.

I think the best thing post S4 was the interactions and friends I made with people who still also had hope in the show. People such as

@stormynoon​- not sure if we talked OUAT I think that’s how we met (but we love\ TWD!)

I think I answered this in a previous ask - but I’ll reiterate since I don’t wanna go look for that link lol

I sometimes do… It depends on the request! If I feel I’ve had a request in the box for too long - I try to finish it as quickly, and with as much quality, as possible

I do sometimes do special events, like holidays and birthdays…. Though… not always on time… It depends… Shyjime (the request for Iwaizumi and his children) had actually put in their request a whole YEAR ago and I just finished it recently because I felt really bad and wanted to make it up to them! 

19.  How do you keep yourself motivated?

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii don’t? lol 

Actually, I try to remember that everyone who sent in a request is counting on me! And it fills me with pride that they chose me to do their request! 

Though, sometimes I do have my slumps (like this past weekend lol) where I need a good half a week to recuperate :)

On a personal ideal - I stay motivated by reminding myself that I love writing. I love it so much… To be completely honest, the idea of never writing again (Aka losing motivation) is….. heartbreaking to me… Because Writing is my passion! And the moment I lose my passion for it… I feel as if I won’t have anything more and it’ll be just… a bad day overall….. 

Which is why taking breaks is a GOOD IDEA!

Ahhh I see… well to be completely honest… I had never written for reader inserts (for the public) before creating my blog… I kind of just jumped out there without having a safety net lol

BUT I would advise, maybe writing a few pieces, reading through them until you know it by heart, and then maybe asking someone close to you, or even a complete stranger, or an admired person in your life…. to read what you’d written (I would suggest not doing any NSFW until a later date lol)…. And take what they say with a grain of salt… Don’t be too hard on yourself because writing anything in general is always going to be a learning process!

As for the blog? Just make it! Just pull up a new Tumblr window and create yourself a whole new blog pertaining to what you want to write! The blog is just sort of…. I think of it as a cork board… Where you just tack things onto for others to read as they pass by… Making a blog itself is an easy step to take - so don’t feel hesitant to go all out! Pick a theme you’ve never worked with before and go from there! Depending on what you’re posting, the theme will either work or it won’t and if it doesn’t, then it’s as easy as changing it!

Request receiving…. Promos. Get as many bigger blogs to promo you as you can! Once your name is out there, it’s only a matter of time! Also! It’s very important to remember to have your rules and guidelines in place before you open your ask box, this way your new followers, or even tentative followers, know what you will and won’t do and won’t overstep their own boundaries!

Now, writing those request… That’s a whole other beast lol You have to be comfortable with what you’re writing… And it’s absolutely okay to make a bad post now and then! Look at my history?? I’ve made bad posts throughout this blogs life lol… and yet here I am? Still posting! Still writing! 

Overall… You have to be okay with the fact that your writing may not be the best of the best at first… And you will learn quite a few tricks along the way! Writing is a learning process and writing for Reader Inserts… In my opinion.. it’s much easier than writing for CharacterAxCharacterB…. Like Kudos to you, love, for writing to that caliber! That’s amazing!! You’re already at the top of the tier… Now you just have to lower it a bit and replace character B with…. You…. ;D
