People love to have their work acknowledged, people often hate being singled out, even in praise, but when there's a system in place to publically reward good work, people want to be on it. The fact that it works with children discredits its usefulness, we somewhat expect people at work to have grown beyond stickers(crazy, i know), but it's a similar system to leaderboards, high scores or really just anything that hands out points for achieving goals

i literally love when people realize positive reinforcement works like yes its so silly isnt it. but it literally works humans love juice reward too

This is attention to details man

Ganon holds a bow straight while Link holds it at an angle.

Ganon also draws the bow like a samurai, (since this Ganon is more samurai like) he positions/aim the bow then draws.

(Not shown here) Even if Link uses a long bow like Ganon he will still aim at an angle since he is a soldier. He positions/aim the bow and draws at the same time.

The bow Ganon uses will recoil meaning this is a heavy bow. (They didnt need to add that detail in, but they did man)
