Sometimes i think my friends hate me and think i'm annoying but then remember they threw me in the river for my graduation party that got cancelled due to covid and sent me italian memes while i was in italy 💕

#for context: our graduation in portugal consists of being thrown in a bucket of water or pool or fountain or river etc fully dressed+#+ with your university suit and then burning your ribbons and your friends/fam/uni mates hitting you in the head +#+ with the cane while you're wearing a tall hat #and the ribbons everyone writes nice things in them and they you burn them (just the ends) and keep it for posterity #it's a beautiful tradition 💕 and so them throwing me in the river and burning my ribbons with a lighter and stuff was endearing #they also jumped in the river afterwards #personal
