I keep seeing people being confused about dcmk silly wordplay posts so this is my attempt to explain

(you can also refer to detective conan ep 400: ran suspicion for more worplay fun)

This table list off various alternative pronunciation for each number, though not exhaustive.

examples:

Mo-ro-fu-shi day: x-6-2-4 -> June 24th (theres none for Mo?) Ha-ku-ba day: 8-9-8 -> August 9th (ignore the last digit for dates) Ha-tto-ri day: 8-10-6 -> August 10th Ha-i-ba-ra day: 8-1-8-6 -> August 18th Ku-ro-ba day: 9-6-8 -> September 6th Ku-dou day: 9-10 -> September 10th Tou-ya-ma day: 10-8-0 -> October 8th
