i think i'm going to finish my book today & start reading the novelization of revenge of the sith. but until then i am going to work on replies - my ibuprofen kicked in, my coffee is strong & i Need to write or i might die lmao

#ooc.#i'm reading the girl with all the gifts rn & it is #SO GOOD #like unbelievably so #i did end up watching the movie i was going to wait until i was done w the book #but we couldnt afford amazon / i didnt know if we were getting it back for a while so i watched it #( we are getting it back i am doing commissions about it )#& the movie is good but the book has soooo many details packed into every line #like the language of the perspectives lends to understanding these characters it's actually insane #( like little things like characters shifting calling the mc it/monster to she / the kid )#like you can tell when a switch flips #& it is soooo engrossing bcs of that #but i am v excited to crack open revenge of the sith #i have watched that movie so much that when i open up disney+ my partner goes ' please not again '#i dont even have to go to star wars for him to know what im doing #i've been told it is going to make me violently sob & i need that
