The big Exposition Mode background from Reintroductions! Recounting Day 1 after the crash when Aldiirn, Shadowheart, Gale, and Astarion scoured the wreck of the nautiloid looking for survivors - and maybe Aldiirn's friends.

This not only the most difficult art piece, it was the most difficult thing to implement in code! You'd think it would be a simple transform but noooo it took a lot of trial and error and rewriting to have it smoothly pan while the characters came in and out to say their pieces.

my favourite bit is the middle part where Aldiirn's like "my little legs are so short I can't climb up, Astarion you'll have to get up there and hack through the ship guts with your teeny dagger to check on that guy 🥺 oh and I think I see a chest!" Aldiirn purposefully making sure Astarion will be too tuckered out to think of stabbing any of the party members again haha.
