Petition To End Perm Paywalling Creators

Over the last several days, Perm Paywalling creators such as Bergdorfverse, Leosims, AggressiveKitty & Cowbuild have done organized & illegal DMCA attacks/takedowns on my content & several other creators. Due to this & Tumblr's lack of knowledge of EA's Custom Content policies, my Tumblr & other's are at high risk of being DELETED.

I recommend all creators that if you have linked to the Vault or any other free sites with the creators listed above, to please REMOVE those links & photos to avoid having a copyright strike on your account. If not, you are also at risk of having your Tumblr PERMANENTLY REMOVED.

You are able to counter strike the UNLAWFUL strikes these creators have done since EA/The Sims OWN all CC created if listed as a .package for download. Therefore, these creators are abusing their lack of DMCA rights to try to prove a point. However, if you do counter strike, you have to provide legal name, address, email, etc. to creators who are known for DOXING. So, I do not recommend countering if you fear your personal information being leaked.

Now, I urge you all to please join a movement that Jake, (@simstwink) has started by making a petition to have EA finally enforce the rules & policies they made LAST YEAR. We wish to put an end to these toxic Perm Paywalling Creators and protect the creative community of content creators like myself and YOU.

I have provided a link below to the petition that I urge you strongly to sign. Please help protect the content creating community for old simmers like myself and for the new ones to come.

I love all 22K of you IMMENSELY, and wish to say a massive thank you for the platform you've given me. Although this blog will probably be terminated, it will not be the end of me as a creator nor on this platform. The Butterfly Garden will flourish, and I will be back stronger than ever.

Don’t Ruin Tumblr For Us

Ok listen, I don’t normally get up here to vent but some of you need to get this straight. I speak for a good bit of us when I say WE DON’T CARE THAT YOU DON’T LIKE US. If you don’t already know we are going to do us regardless. If someone puts up an appreciation post of a black person showcasing their beauty, you got a problem with it scroll past. Don’t comment down talking the person in the post or the term WE coined and use to describe us. It’s one of the few we have just for us that hasn’t been stolen or used from us. YES we are black and YES we’re magical because even if nobody else appreciate us WE do. Now to be petty, yes she was gorgeous and if you don’t start watching ya mouth baby I’ll call you out up here and get it reposted enough to get you kicked off. 😘🤷‍♀️

These are the awesome base sims that @kashisun provided!! I love fashion so here they are!! First is Emilee, Bronson, Lea, CJ, and Sawyer! Also one is missing. I couldn’t get her to look right and I was getting pretty burnt out so, I just deleted the extra sim since the rest were already finished.

some stuff i’ve been seeing recently has been bothering me so i’m gonna talk about it. if i draw even one person’s attention to this situation i’ll be content. i’m not gonna say anything that hasn’t been said before but i still want to say something because the more we talk about this the better. these people that are being racist on here need to know they are not welcome and they are horrible people. i see simblr as a safe space to interact with other people who love these games as much as me and see what they create and how they play their game. i find it very inspiring. i find it to be great. if you get on simblr to be hateful in any way i don’t respect you. and the significant and large majority on simblr don’t want you in our community. if you support these people we don’t want you either. if you’re ignoring this situation, please don’t. don’t let them get away with being hateful and hurting people.
