thinking about the misogyny and the wasted potential of the daryl show. it literally fridged all the female characters w shitty deaths. not to mention that carol and isabelle would've gotten along so well. as they're both women who have survived abusive men and self harm and could really emphasize with one another. twd hates its female characters and I'm so sick of it.

ok so far i've been really enjoying s2 of twd daryl dixon/book of carol so far, more than s1, but i think ep 4 might've ruined the show for me bc of the fact that they killed off isabelle. i loved her, i thought she was a great addition; she was very interesting and had a good story + personality, and i think they could've done more with her. and i think it also pisses me off even more bc i know damn well that they killed her off just bc carol is back which is just... fucking ugh. they did NOT have to do that, they could've co-existed!! btw disclaimer that i don't ship daryl with isabelle, or anyone actually (i actually hate that they keep trying to pair him up with someone but that's a rant for another day), so that's not why i'm mad at all lmao it's just... idk, her death felt so damn pointless. huge waste of a great character and actress imo
