Uzbekistan ASU’s delivery

It’s a 1000-class liquid oxygen plant in southeast Asia and was offically signed in the first half of 2020.Despite some obstacles caused by the epidemic, and now XLA engineering teams have arrived the plant site and successfully commissioned the products for our customer. Welding technology is mainly divided into automatic welding and manual welding. We use automatic welding which is advanced in the industry. Good Welds should be ichthyoid (as shown).

During the welding process, we strictly implement the requirements of the national standards, Weld appearance inspection and weld internal quality inspection. For each part of the air separation plant, we will do visual inspection first. After the inspector measured the weld angle, weld width and surface defects qualified for follow-up process requirements testing items.

We will also have an inspection. After inspection, we will have a test report, only qualified products will be sent to the customer jobsite.
