A traditional media has only a one way conversation, which we can watch, read and listen by the use of these three and a lot more. A traditional media is an old approach that only shows or publishes information that is approve by the editor of their particular media. 

In traditional media, we only receive the information once the editor authorize the chosen topic.

Social Media has a lot of website, mobile apps and other types of technologies improving the way people can communicate with other people. Social Media is very essential in collaborating and in communicating other people around the world. It can help families, social workers and government to discern information about the calamities. 

Through Social Media, families can still communicate with each other especially with their relatives who lives in other places or from outside the country. 

Social Media helps the social workers because it’s their tool to be educated  about the details during the calamities.

Our government can definitely share or spread information by the use of social media
