“Don’t think what?” Rose asked with a hum, but didn’t question what Pearl actually meant. Instead she tugged on the shirt a little bit, nodding. It really was nice. Sure, it looked a bit old, but it fit just right. She nodded at Pearl’s compliment. “Thank you, Pearl!” And with that a rather overdramatic bow.

“Um, Lion? I don’t think–” She was aware that Lion, of all, wouldn’t be wearing that shirt, though paused before she could finish her sentence. “It looks great on you.”

“No need to be so rude.” A small disapproving glance from the pink gem. “All I did was ask some questions. It’s not a bad thing to be a big gem. I’m one too!” Perhaps not nearly as big, but big nonetheless.

          “Yes, I am a Gem, and yes, I am perfectly fine. Thank you, I’ve noticed I’m big.” The fusion responded, warily watching Rose.
