Aunt Headcanons for the royal sisters

Hinoka:

“What is this tiny fragile thing I don’t get why everyone is so worried about itnO DON’T GIVE IT TO ME?!?!?!?”

5 minutes later…

“I have never been so peaceful in my life. This is Nirvana.”

“I’ve known Shiro/Kiragi/Kana/Shigure for 5 minutes but if anything ever happened to them I would kill everyone in this room and then myself.”

SUPER nervous about holding the baby at first, but eventually gets the hang of it

Not sure how to take care of her niece/nephew, but wants to help her siblings as much as she can

As soon as her nieces/nephews can sit up by themselves, she starts sitting them gently on horses and pegasi (keeping a good hold of them so they don’t fall, of course) to get them used to animals (Shigure takes to this the most easily, followed closely by Kana. Kiragi isn’t the best at balancing, but he’s all smiles the entire time. Shiro takes…a while)

Camilla:

She spoils her nieces and nephews HARD - like they don’t even have to ask. They can just look at a toy and Camilla will buy it for them then and there

Gets playfully offended when she’s not the go-to babysitter

Group naptime is a MUST

In all seriousness, she is a really good caretaker. She does not let her nieces/nephews get away with anything.

Has a Doctorate in giving The Look™

Always reads the kids a bedtime story and lets the kids take turns picking which one (Siegbert’s favorite is The Story About Ping by Marjorie Flack, Forrest’s is The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister, Kana’s is Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson, and Shigure’s is The Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams)

Sakura:

Surprisingly not nervous when she first holds her niece/nephew

Somehow able to calm even the most temperamental babies and toddlers

The best at resolving arguments between the kids

Cannot change a diaper to save her life

As good as getting the kids to bahave as Camilla, except instead of making them afrain of the consequences of misbehaving, she just shows them how disappointed she is. Gets em every time.

Doesn’t have a stutter when talking to her nieces and nephews

“You wouldn’t want someone to pull your hair, would you?”

Likes to take her nieces and nephews on walks through the town and help out the townspeople

The kids like to surprise her with group hugs and she always ends up crying

Not afraid to put kids in corners

Buys sweets to share with her nieces and nephews (Shiro likes hard candies, Kiragi loves sour, Kana can’t get enough of everything, and Shigure adores white chocolate)
