Cooking with coconut oil tip: microwave it in the container. If you are cooking your meals and need coconut oil for multiple things, melt it. Measure it . Toss it on stuff. It's much easier to use this way.

Home made ghee is lovely and easy to make! It can be expensive though when using pastured, grass fed butter.
