Andrew, without any reason, decided to harm a stranger, a kid that he never saw before, just because he felt like it. No regards for Neil's safety, his opinion or free will. He must have heared a clear "No" coming from Neil during his convo with Wymack and yet Andrew who was so serious about his "Yes or no" couldn't let a newly met Neil go his way. He put his hands or rather an exy racquet on an innocent person not knowing anything about him, his history, his needs. Neil was scared, he wanted to run, so imagine how cornered he felt when Andrew decided to have a little fun and stop him with unnecessary force. Mania or not, this was a shitty thing to do regardless. Not to mention that Neil could have gotten hurt for real.

Andrew had more luck than he has height bc if Neil would be someone more "normal", more petty or vindictive, he could have report it and then Andrew would have to say bye to the foxes and freedom.

The fact that Wymack couldn't control his most unstable player and let him do whatever he wants is another thing to unpack.
