:; before settling for KAZUHA, i had originally chosen heizou as your match -- alongside him, al haitham. it was only when you said you didn't want to be matched with heizou, i immediately had a change of plans and went to kazuha.

personally, i just felt as though you and kazuha would've gotten along with time! your description of an ideal partner seemed to fit him, and when i took your personalities into depth and consideration, i found him to be a great match.

personalities, how do they correlate?

. the reason why i chose him was because of nature; kazuha is reflective and thoughtful. you also mentioned liking a partner that could keep up with you, kazuha could very well do that. he's patient and honest as well, which is another trait you mentioned liking.

. kazuha is very understanding and polite about everything -- whenever you isolate, he'd try his best to understand and approach you only if you say so or if he sensed it. he's patient, and would understand whenever you needed time alone.

. i think kazuha can be a bit petty as well. whenever i see him, i always go back to when he threatened the treasure hoarder after he had stolen the vision -- he could always switch to that petty side, only if the other was deserving of it.

. and then, you mentioned being flirtatious around friends. i don't think he'd mind your flirting much, and he'd rather accept it. there would be times where he returns it, albeit unintentionally ( or is it? )

. kazuha firmly believes that everyone is entitled to their hopes and dreams and that no one has the right to take them, not even a god. you mentioned wanting to work in space-related studies and currently study electronics, and while kazuha has no relation to those topics, he'd be supporting of your work and find it fascinating.

. you mentioned having a habit of bottling your feelings -- again, in a relationship, kazuha would be very patient and understanding to his partner. whenever you're ready, he'd listen, and he'd be glad to have you listen as well to his stories and retellings of his life before the crux.

spending time with kazuha

. kazuha is definitely a quality time guy. since he's always off traveling with the crux, he wouldn't have much time for his lover, and therefore cherishes anytime you're together. whenever you're together, kazuha would like to indulge in your hobbies.

. he likes to give you trinkets and souvenirs as well, " for good luck. " to keep in your pocket. he would give you flowers as well, or anything you asked of him, really.

. since you're interested in space and astronomy, i think he'd at least try to make the effort to study a bit in the subject. he wants to make you happy. in the seas, the stars are all clear and galaxies are visible, so in any case you were in the mood for stargazing, he'd invite you under beidou's permission.

. you mentioned taking an interest in fighting sports -- he's a samurai, and he has many sparring experiences. there are instances where kazuha might invite you to spar with him ( or other way around )

. let's say kazuha is in a more modern au -- in terms of your interest in video games, he would likely join you for sessions. single player or not, if it's single player he'll just watch you play!

Hear me out, I hesitated between 4 people (lilia, rook, deuce and kalim in this order). But in the end I settled (or made you settle) for our favorite bat fae, Lilia.

I believe that you befriended Silver first and then Lilia. You said you were a big sis or mum friend, which means that you’d be part of the people helping out Silver when he starts dozing off and all. Silver would talk about you to Lilia who’d at first be mostly interested in thanking you for taking care of silver when he is not here. But then he found you fun, sticked around and a love story bloomed.

You two are just walking sunshines, with Lilia being more mischievous and pranking people (and then you rush to help them out, the poor victim is confused on being angry or thankful. Beware, Lilia will be jealous and pouty if you ignore him to help out other too much). With this dynamic, Lilia finds it hilarious that you’re the bluntest in the relationship. Yeah you two are a confusing when you’re around because it’s just full of surprises.

You’re a hopeless romantic and Lilia is a knight in shining armor who’d give it all for the people he loves (I won’t spoil but you see it very well in chapter 7). He is also imaginative and will try his best to make both your visions of love come true. His favorite thing to do is rushing at you to hug you, dipping you for a kiss if you let him, getting you obscure and rare gifts, wearing matching things with you and just spending time with you. He likes video games and would try his best to make you play with him co op games (jokingly calling you his forever number 2). He always let you put make up on him and even dress him up! And he will proudly wear it with pride. Your comments make him laugh and he will always oblige while answering you in character. He is someone who enjoys the present and wants to make the best of it so there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for you if he loves you very much and the relationship gets very deep.

For the entire Diasomnia crew, teach him how to cook if you can. That’s the only magic even Malleus can’t master. You’ll get loyal knights (silver and sebek) forever by your side if you manage to make him cook something edible. He loves cooking and baking with you but….good luck. Lilia doesn’t seem like he studies much but it’s because he has vast and ancient knowledge. He can answer any of you historical, magical and even literature/folklore related questions. I believe that for this reason he’d be the best critique cuz he doesn’t break you in his criticism and gives you excellent advices to do better.

You’re a blue belt in taekwondo? He is a general, he’d love to spare with you and gives you fighting advice, a very good teacher as we saw with sebek and Silver. Lilia sometimes surprise you by taking you observe timeless pieces only available to the elite and speaking in depth about all of them. Sometimes they’re in his room but it’s so chaotic in there….The only issue in the relationship is that Lilia bottles up a lot and won’t reveal his past easily (he won’t if he has to). Sometimes you feel like you don’t really know him, but he is doing his best, just give him time. Both of you hide things, be it memories or feelings, but once one of you starts opening up, the other will follow. It’s a question of when that only you can answer. He is also not above pranking you, so I hope you won’t get easily angered by this. When you get angry, he’s not very good at calming you down because he jokes a lot. Heck, sometimes he even just kisses you to fluster you and make you forget your anger. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t take care of you! You’re the apple of his eyes. Also, he doesn’t mind you teasing him about his height, but remember, he can fly. He will fight back, lol.

you and blonney have similar interests; fashion plays a large part. i believe that blonney would definitely bond with you through this topic, and i also believe it's what drove blonney to befriend you.

you also mentioned taking an interest towards reading, which is another reason as to why i chose blonney. in the story event, we learn of blonney's fondness for writing stories, and i believe that the both of you could also get along well with literature, etc.

personalities, how do they correlate?

. blonney fits the typical blonde stereotype; flamboyant, stylish, rich ... that's somewhat of a flaw i saw in picking out my characters, since as i read your request, i firstly couldn't see blonney being with you. it was only when i looked into it more and imagined what dynamic the two of you would have, is what made me choose her.

. still, that doesn't answer the question of why i chose her.

. to start off, you mentioned being more quiet at first — it's only when you're more comfortable and casualized with the person, you'd show your friendlier and energetic side. i'd imagine that after getting to know each other more, your more expressive side starts to show.

. you also mentioned that you liked having someone that would fit your vibe, or at least let you wind down and relax a bit. in the first part, i said that blonney would fit both — she is someone who likes to relax and just get her mind off of other people by going to the spa, getting a massage, etc. but at the same time, she is the stereotypical party girl — of course, she'd be bubbly and a bit energetic, like you.

. the both of you have many mutual interests and similarities, so that's another reason as to why i chose her.

. i believe that blonney is someone who is straight-forward — if she didn't want to hang out at the moment, she's not hanging out. so with that, rest-assured that blonney is not one to stand anyone up, especially after planning a whole thing with you.

. blonney is definitely someone you could have fun with. you can be as chaotic as you want with her, and she'd reflect that same chaos — or you can just relax and let yourself exist around her.

:; i personally think BAIZHU would be a great match - he shows to be a patient and caring man, which i think would go well with your personality.

he shows how patient he is with qiqi, despite her forgetfulness. he's also affectionate, he uses both words and actions to show his love for you. in qiqi's character story three, it shows that baizhu hugs her from behind to get her to cancel her orders, and what's not to say he'd do so with his lover as well?

first meeting baizhu

. everyone in the harbor knows of the doctor and his herb gathering assistant; rumors spread, and they've caught onto you.

. no one can avoid a sickness, even if they're healthy - when you found yourself waking up one morning with a cough, a friend of yours would suggest to go to bubu pharmacy.

. there, you'd meet the herbalist gui and the green-haired owner of the shop. the interaction was short, yet you've gotten along well with the doctor.

. after a few more visits, you find yourself getting closer to baizhu - and those check-ups grew into a blossoming friendship.

realizing his feelings

. baizhu realizes his feelings quickly. he's used to observing patients and identifying their sickness; it's quite clear that he'd waste no time in figuring out the reasons behind his shortened breath and clear longing for you.

. when baizhu first gets feelings for you, i don't think much would change - but changsheng would be quick to notice. sometimes, maybe he'll let his gaze linger for too long, and the snake's hissing voice would snap him out of his daze - even as quick as he realizes his feelings, he could not beat changsheng's great intuition.

. his feelings alone wouldn't change the dynamic of your relationship, though; even when he learns of your mutual feeling, he still waits for your call.

. i feel like he'd wait just a bit longer to see if you'd confess, before eventually confessing himself.

romantic headcanons and scenarios

. baizhu, as your lover, would be very caring and considering for your health. of course, as a doctor, he'd never let you get sick on his watch.

. he's quite protective, but it gets overshadowed by the fact that he's an affectionate lover to you. you stated that you were very physically affectionate, and rather show your love through actions rather than words - he's a mix of both, showering you with compliments and praises, while also reciprocating with the physical touch you'd give him.

:; this is quite an unexpected match i came up with — but after i looked into it, i thought your personality might do well with HU TAO's!

i feel that hu tao's personality contrasts with yours. while there are still some similarities, i believe you should have someone that would make a nice contrast.

couples with opposite personalities often bring out the things that even the other doesn't know about themselves — i favor these types of relationships, since they can bring out the best sides of their partner.
