What’s their relationship status?
Single. Summer’s had a few relationships that lasted longer than expected, got engaged once but she never settled for someone that she could call a husband or a wife. While some has see this as an issue, she’s happy to live the life that she lives. And, in the end, if she did meet someone to settle down, she wouldn’t say no to that sort of adventure. As long as they can accept her nature.

How does they feel about the life they have? Is everything they’ve been dreaming of?
She’s definitely happy about it, because let’s face it, it’s Summer. She wouldn’t stop until she’d get what she dreamed about. So, she did get it all. Summer craved for success in her career more than she craves for sex. Books that would reach more people, eventually she’s had a good audience with a movie and a tv show based on one of her books. Even if she didn’t have the same spotlight from a celebrity, she knows how to get others attention. She travels a lot, keep in touch with friends but is rarely settling for someone.

ryderwest:
“Or both,” Ryder lacked any filter with his response. After all, he had expressed the exact words of ‘ridiculously hot girlfriend’ to Gabe’s face in regards to Summer back before the older male had disappeared. How he’d ever gotten away with that one, he hadn’t a clue — Perhaps it had come across as a compliment as opposed to the jealously it actually was. Then again, Gabe may have been onto him, considering that innocent mixtape never made its way into the right hands.
And then their conversation —as truthful as it was— had quickly taken a turn towards a much deeper and melancholic topic than he planned to have all evening. He should have been continuing the celebration, milking the successful performance for all it’s worth. It was almost funny how he could appear so invincible with a crowd at his feet, yet the moment he stepped offstage (or, in this case, someone joined him on said stage), he was so easily defeated. “And here I thought you were a joy to have at parties,” The musician ultimately replied with mild sarcasm, a faintly quirked brow his only response as Summer crept closer. There was an odd sense of tension that he could feel between them, and whether it was real or simply something nonexistent that he’d conjured up in his head, he couldn’t be sure — The only thing that was for certain was that he would easily take this over the side of the girl that nearly threw her beer at him earlier in the day. Taken aback by the abrupt physical contact, he masked the surprise with a smirk, and gently pushed her hand aside. “It’s never just a song,” He murmured before tilting his head in slight, and offering an alternative. “Why don’t you join the celebrating…? Come have a drink.”
"Or both,” she repeated his words, aimlessly because her brain hadn’t focused on the fact Ryder included himself in that position, the alcohol on her system making her ignore that fact. At least, not at first. When it came to her, watching as a grin playing on her lips, she remained in silence, there was no point at remiiscing that subject, not when it had vanished away from their brief conversation on top of the stage. A place Summer never thought she’d be, not even when she was dating a musician herself.
A joy at the parties. It shows that she played her part right, that the mask she’d wear so easily had indeed become part of her nature; Summer went to parties, for the sake of living her life and gaining adventures that would help her right; maybe she wasn’t the worst company and whenever she wanted to play her role, she’d do it right. But at that particular day, she was far from being able to pretend. She had lost control and couldn’t find a way to get it back. “That’s bullshit and you know it... I’m a joy to be around. You’re being very lucky right now, Ryder. Specially after that fucked up act back in the day, when you two were being children.” Despite the lack of concentration coming from her being, Summer had her orbs on him, light as the sky had been throughout the day. It was ironic that at some point in that past this would be something she’d dream about, meeting a band she liked, being so close to the one she considered her favorte. Life was full of surprises. She knew that before and she knew that even better at that moment. And it was a good thing she didn’t have a problem with proximity when the alcohol was in her, because she didn’t seem to want to move her body anywhere else. “Well, then maybe everything he wrote about was the truth. What is the point? What’s the point of a big gesture to become a ghost? It doesn’t make sense, it doesn’t feel like he cared... I like to think it was just a song. I’m a beautiful girl who can have anyone I’d like to and trust me when I say that I’m great at sex, beyond what you brains could possibly make up right inside that pretty little mind of yours. So... Write about it. At least I know it means something,” a wink, burying within herself that pain that moved along with her thoughts about the man who once was in her heart. Because she knew how much that song meant, after all, she had also written something for Gabe during that time. “A drink? To celebrate with you and everyone else? Am I now the official band-aid?”

When the words left his mouth, Summer moved her light hues to look at him, her index finger resting on top of his soft lips as she nodded in disagreement. “Just fuck me,” she didn’t need distractions, in fact, the alcohol in her system was working her way and while she was aware of everything was happening part of herself was also numb, merely craving the idea of reaching an orgasm while feeling him in.
And she grinned, due to lack of inhibitions when he teased her, a brief moan leaving her lips when she finally felt the man. It was always a constant need to reach a higher place, craving for something meaningless to forget something that had been meaningful; her hands resting on his back with her short nail desperately craving on it as her body asked for him to go deeper and faster, since words weren’t leaving her lips.

elisechevalier:
Elise rolled her eyes at her friend’s response before she laughed. “Oh c’mon! We decided to go to a club to dance not sulk around and judge everything!” Elise urged her friend before she continued to dance. For the most part, Elise cold find enjoyment in almost anything, especially in a club so it didn’t bother her that it wasn’t the kind of club she would normally be seen in. When Summer told her that she had to either wait for her to get drunk or seduce her, Elise grinned and moved a little closer to Summer before she started to dance a little slower. “You know, that’s a challenge and I accept.”
Summer smiled, it was clear that Elise knew nothing more than just that surface image Summer shared with people. And that was the reason why instead of debating that staying out of the dance floor was the best idea, she decided to nod in agreement. It’d save her from questions she didn’t to answer. And once the blonde woman started to dance, Summer couldn’t help but grin. “Fine, you have my attention. I’ll let you win this challenge,” leaning her body forward... away from the was she was previously against, Summer moved his light hues to meet Elise, knowing that they were close enough that her following words would be heard. “Before this friendship gets all weird out and I take you to the bathroom for a different kind of fun.”

“Aren’t we all horny though?” With a light chuckle bubbling on her lips, Alex then finished her bottle of wine and proceeded to refill it, thinking about how she should’ve brought something stronger to entertain both women, since they’d probably not be going to bed any time soon and it would take a lot more to get them both drunk. “I don’t know about you, but even though I have way less sex partners than you, I think it’s stupidity to label someone as promiscuous because they had a sex drive. Men do it all the time and they don’t get shamed for it, so why should we? No, you go there and you fuck whoever you want, whenever you want and if you need me to stand by your side and smack some sexist pricks, you won’t have to ask me twice.” She offered her friend a smile, winking too before changing the subject–except not really. “I still don’t know why we waited so long to have sex, now all I can think of is the amount of time we wasted being stupid because now we won’t be able to do it anymore.” With a sigh, Alex rested her back against the couch. There were lots of truth in Summer’s words and Alexandra knew it, but still, she reached over and brushed her knuckle against the other woman’s jaw line, caressing it briefly, before using that hand to hold onto her glass of wine, because she was going to lean her head against her other hand. “It’s not like that. I know he doesn’t own my happiness. He never did, but he played a big part in it. Just like you do. Just like my job does. But I don’t know if meaningless sex is for me. I know I could be missing out on some epic fucks, but I think I like it better when I know the person who’s in me. Or–with me?” She played, once again letting out a soft laugh.
“I like it better when I’m no longer horny, after a great night with someone.” Any one at that point, when her thoughts didn’t have a name or a last name, her body was forced to crave any stranger that would be able to call her attention. Even if for months, she wanted one person only. She had to move back to the person she used to be. Summer just wasn’t sure if that was unfortunate or meant to be. “But what’s so shameful about being promiscuous? The word isn’t the problem, it’s the prejudice inside of other’s mind that is. And don’t worry, I’ve been capable of standing up for myself through all these years, I can do it.” While she knew where Alex was coming from, it was an habit to decline it. Too independent, too proud. Summer was used to protect herself from any challenge she had to face or any person she had to meet in her life. And as Alexandra continued talking about it, Summer kept her attention on her. “It’s in the past, nothing that can be changed.” And again, there it was, her lack of filter, being honest about the situation even if Alex could use more kind words. Again, Summer was certain that Alex had chosen the wrong person to be around. “Everyone is different. Of course, not everyone is a good casual sex. I’ve had plenty of guys that were too focused on themselves and I didn’t reach it. But they were adventures. And some people who would make my body shake for longer than expected and ask for more, the kind of sex that could make you addicted to that person. I crave for it, knowing where to touch me, the urge to feel each other closer, feeling them in.” Summer leaned against the couch, resting her glass of wine on top of her thigh. “I mean, I just had had sex. But it’s not bad to want more. Of course, not with the same person.”

Lost in her own thoughts while making her way to the restaurant, Summer had her eyes on her phone when she eventually heard the words coming from the man next to her and raised an eyebrow, “Okay, so where should I have lunch since it seems you know too much about it?”
“May I give you a suggestion?” he said to the person that seemed about to enter the restaurant. “I wouldn’t go there if I were you. They take hours to bring your order, it’s ridiculously expensive and not really worth it.” He had reviewed the restaurant just a few days ago. “But at the end, it’s up to you.”

“I don’t know, S.” Alex shook her head, her fingers threading along her dark strands before she allowed her gaze to rest on her friend’s blue orbs. “Sometimes people stay with another person regardless to how they’re treated. Thankfully it’s not our case, but it happens, sadly.” At the other woman’s following words, Alexandra couldn’t help but to laugh–leave it to Summer to turn a shitty night into a better one with her honest words about life and sex. Maybe that was why they got along so well, but Alex had always felt comfortable to speak her mind about anything with the other brunette, especially sex. “Honestly though? I don’t think Henry was that much into it until I suggested? I mean, come to think of it, I don’t remember if I suggested it first or if he did… all that I remember was that I came so hard that night. Like–we had been waiting to have sex for some reason?” She explained, shaking her head once more as a crease appeared on her forehead, as if she was trying to remember something. “Anyway–we fucked all night long and then some more the next morning. I kind of don’t want to move on from the great sex. Why does this have to be so complicated? I just want to come and be happy.”
“Sadly.” There was nothing about that subject that Summer could come up with a complement to it, turning into a discussion throughout their night, so she allowed that one to die. Deep down, she just hoped those would understand that was not the kind of love they should go through, that they deserved true love. And it sounded so cliché inside of her mind, that Summer was indeed glad those words never left her mouth. Resting her legs at the coffee table while her back leaned against the couch, she continued sharing her attention with Alex, knowing that it was her night and Summer would do anything on her power to be there for Alex, since making her feel better was a challenge, and then, as the sound of the woman’s laugh echoed in her room, Summer couldn’t help but to feel she had accomplished something good. That for the first time she had been able to help someone, and it made her smile without a warning, before Summer could debate the idea of restraining herself from doing such actions. “I remember, I was having all the sex, and you were waiting. I mean... you have the power to do as you please, but just the idea of how many nights of sex you’ve missed, it makes me sad. Call me horny, promiscuous, I don’t care. I like ending my night knowing I had pleasure, a lot of it. And... You can talk about Henry for as long as you’d like to, I won’t talk about him,” the name didn’t leave her mouth, “but one thing I can assure that I miss... the sex. So I can understand. Moving on from something good, specially when not only you had someone who was great in bed, but also someone who won your heart. It’s sad, and fucked up. But he doesn’t owe your happiness, he’s not the sun and you can be happy. Have fun, go out there, meet someone, have meaningless sex. Cry about it later, just live your life and find a way to move on.”

passabrina:
Glancing left and right, Sabrina crossed the street as a smile rested upon her lips ever so naturally. When she attended Julliard, her classmates would often tease Miss Sunshine that if she did not stop smiling, she would be stuck with the feature even when she lies six feet under. But, she could not help but hold such an amiable expression, especially when she was talking with her father on the other end. He was a man who could easily lift her spirits, and since a rough day was experienced at work, she definitely needed this call and smile. Ending the call as he had to return to work (being a mechanic has high demands), she stuffed her mobile device into her Quinn large Saffiano leather satchel, and she spotted the complex she resided in nearing. Crossing yet another road, she hummed a tune beneath her breath, picturing herself onstage performing the piece to an audience. Before Sabrina could get carried away with the imagination, a voice interrupted her train of thoughts, and her pace halted. Examining the female that directed the blonde, she perked her shoulders with that smile spreading once again. “Oh,” her lips fell agape, “Is that so?” She questioned as she tilted her head to the side. “I am flattered.” A chuckle fell then.
Once Summer caught the woman’s attention, a grin appeared on her lips. Usually she enjoyed her own presence, trying her best to ignore strangers, but it wouldn’t hurt to share that state. Because it was the truth, and the blonde woman could know it. “I’m not one to share something about me, but one thing I can assure you... I wouldn’t lie about that,” and she tried her best not to lie about anything, even if, deep down, Summer knew that hiding information about her true intentions was some sort of lie. She had been there, when she wandered around at some party where she could meet people that would help her come up with her second book, and after using their lives and writing her own version of it, she disappeared from most of their lives. Most of them. “While some make art through drawing, I’ve turned you into a beautiful muse through words. Well, you’ve helped a lot anyway,” a light shrug, resting her back against the wall of her building as her light hues met the woman’s.

adamfcrds:
Summer’s warning barely fazed Adam, if anything, it made him more intrigued with her. He knew a lot about her yet it still felt as if it was so little especially when she made statements like that. “You’re not going anywhere? Does that mean you’re actually warming up to me?” He snorted although his tone held a teasing manner. Adam considered her offer, smiling to himself for a moment then deciding against it. “I think we’d need a stronger drink for that to ever happen” He commented, chuckling quietly. Adam could always get into the subject of how he managed to get himself arrested but then that would involve spilling his life story to Summer and that would be exactly what she wanted – he wasn’t ready to give into that yet. “I’ll let your imagination come up with all the possibilities” He said to her, canting his head to the side. “Touché, I think we’re all guilty of that” He muttered underneath his breath and picked up his shot glass, tipping the liquid into his mouth and swallowing. “Never have I ever been afraid of how I feel”
Her first instinct was to roll her eyes when his statement reached her. “Wouldn’t you like to have an answer to that?” Leaning closer, a grin was painted on her lips, reddish due to her lipstick while the icy blueness of her eyes tried to rip information from his gaze, something she hadn’t accomplished. It was almost as if she was staring at herself in the mirror, she could be a blank page in everyone’s life and apparently, so could Adam. “Well, then I guess we’ll need a stronger drink for you... soon.” Winking, she watched as he moved his glass once again between his lips. And she’d make fun of it, a snarky comment about the fact he craved for someone he couldn’t have in the past, but his own question made her feel bittersweet, because now he’d know something about her and from the beginning of their little game, this was the first time she motioned her hand around the shot glass and drank all of its content at once, frustrated that they had reached that sort of question, frustrated that she had been afraid of how she felt. “There it is.” And with an attempt to channel his focus on something else, while she poured more drink to herself, her next confession was already coming out of her lips. “I’ve never had sex in public.” She decided to go for something she had done, drinking another shot, because at that point she needed that drink.

“Yes, I know.” But it was always nice to hear it from a friend, so Alexandra listened carefully and cherished Summer’s words, because in the end, she was still sad and she still wanted things to be different, but alas, they weren’t. It happened. It was about time Alex would begin to understand that. “But no, he didn’t force me. I think that was why he worked so well–because in the end of the day, Henry and I have always respected each other’s wishes, you know? It was probably the only way this would work–if we trusted and respected one another.” She explained, the pang on her chest increasing at each mention of his name, but she figured that it was bound to happen. “I would never ask him to live a childless life because I’ve never felt comfortable with the idea of motherhood. I don’t know if it’s guilt for doing an abortion when I was younger, or simply because I don’t think motherhood would fit me.” She couldn’t remember if she had mentioned it to Summer before, her brief and troubling dance with motherhood before, but since she trusted the woman sitting near her, Alex didn’t feel any different sharing that. She did laugh though when Summer said she had compared pleasure to pain, which was true. “Who knows? Some women think it’s painful. It’s a matter of preference, I guess. But I’d rather have lots of orgasms instead of becoming a mother. I mean–dodging kids to have sex? Not being able to get loud? It’s too much work! What if we forget to lock the door and the kid catches daddy fucking mommy doggy style? Or mommy pegging daddy? Not that Henry’s ever asked me to peg him, but could you imagine how scarred that kid would be?”
Summer listened to everything Alex needed to vent about, after all, she had just gone through the end of her relationship. And even if took awhile for Summer to go after her friend, the moment she needed to, she was there, at Alex’s apartment to share the news. “I’m not one to know a lot about relationships, but why would you be stuck in a relationship with someone who can’t respect your point of view and your choices? Respect is the key for any sort of relationship,” or so she thought; after all, she’d had a good example at home, when she’d watch her father around her mother. If there wasn’t something off about their youngest child, Summer would’ve been one to dream about relationships, to actually crave to find love when she was older. And then, she found it without a warning, she embraced the experience and now she was frustrated that at some point Summer Hale decided to love someone. “I don’t think it’s guilt, so you shouldn’t overthink about something like that... and well, maybe it’s painful for some. But I do know it can get me to higher places. The idea of being fucked right to the point i can’t even move my body, that’s what I aim for. Allowing my neighbors to know I’m reaching an orgasm, such a delight...” she replied with a grin resting on her lips as she took a sip from her wine. “Well, that kid won’t even understand the true meaning of it. They’d survive.”
