Honestly I’ve been debating who to keep or scrap for my Next Generation? Wind, Diamond, and the Prower kids(Trifle, Cinnamon, Meringue) are safe. Garnet(second Knuxouge child) and my Big x OC kid are on thin ice because I’m not really investing or feeling as strong about them. I have a kid who’s genetically “related” to Shadow but then I felt Shadow wouldn’t want to be a parent(though that can apply to all of the canon characters) especially if this child was brought into his life unexpectedly, so they’ve been in limbo.

Originally it was just going to be Wind, Trifle and Diamond then another trio which would include Cinnamon, Garnet, and Shadow’s kid. However I eventually felt like dropping that outdated set and make a main quartet consisting Wind, Trifle, Diamond, and Garnet. Cinnamon would be really young(younger than Cream was) who would occasionally go on adventures and Meringue was literally a baby. Shadow’s kid being scrapped (kinda).

I loved the idea of Big being a parent as well as a marine species(that my OC is). Their kid wouldn’t be as frequent with adventures but still be friends with the rest of the Next Gen. It be a daughter and be in a girl group(sometimes) with Diamond and Cinnamon, parallel to the boy group of Wind, Garnet, and Trifle. It would’ve been based off this here. Then again, it might just be falling into that trio issue…

It kinda struck me that Sonic and Amy might have a bigger family than Knuckles and Rouge? Even if it was bigger by just one more child. In this version Diamond would be an only child instead of Wind. The OC that was formerly Shadow’s kid would still be “related” to him but adopted by Sonic and Amy. What’s making me really hesitant with this is scrapping Garnet and Big’s kid AND adoption situations are tricky to pull off inoffensively. Making Cinnamon being a younger age than Cream(who really is treated like an actual kid) and Meringue a baby gives me a better reason to “exclude” them more often. Garnet and Big’s kid are older than Trifle so not investing in them feels off.

I could just be “lazy” and make the second Sonamy child biological being a light blue hedgehog who’d be the same age Garnet would be. Kinda want to bring back the “Shadow” kid due to personal fondness and people liked her too but her story is complicated AF.

Wind - Sonic and Amy’s son, dark pink hedgehog, age 15

Diamond - Knuckles and Rouge’s daughter, white echidna, age 16

Garnet - son of Knuckles and Rouge, red bat with spiked knuckles, age 12(most likely)

Trifle - Tails and Cream’s son, a fox mainly Cream’s colored palette but ear and eye markings(like Cream) would be the same color Tails is, age 8. He also has a chao companion named Custard.

Cinnamon - Tailream daughter, a rabbit who’s the same color as Tails, age 4. Her Chao companion would be named Spice.

Meringue - Tailream son, a fox in Cream’s color palette, age 1 an actual infant.

Shadow’s kid was a daughter, age between Garnet and Trifle, had a the name Aura(or Maria)

Big x OC daughter would be the species of my OC(a marine species) same age as Aura

Meringue kinda sounds boring/irrelevant but out of the couples I feel Tails and Cream would have the most kids. I honestly don’t mind them having an actual baby.

The latest version or idea is nix on Garnet, Aura, Big’s fankid and make Wind and Diamond both only children. It still be a trio(with Trifle) with an occasional quartet of Cinnamon sometimes joining.

IDK if I’m gonna keep the exact ages especially since Sega officially removed them for the canon characters.

OK this post is an old one. My mind has kinda changed since then. I feel Game/main SonAmy should just be their own thing.

If SonAmy were to officially go further with the couple status, it should be once in a blue moon hints. It shouldn’t overtake the supposed main plot. Ever. Their dynamic can be middle ground between X and Boom. I choose these because X pursued SonAmy to where Sonic seems to have a more definite interest withAmy, and Boom because there feels to be more mature within the dynamic.

My concept for Elise in my Sonic!future, which takes place 20+ years from the main time period.

Queen Elise III

The Queen of Soleanna. Being the monarch of her nation, it was expected she’ll someday carry on her family line. Down the road she crossed paths with Abraham, a man of nobility from a neighboring country. He became prince consort after marrying Elise. At first it was out of duty, but eventually they grew on each other. The birth of their first child, Anastasia, was a symbol of their genuine love for each other. A few years afterwards, their second child, Hugo was born. Oriana, their third/youngest was a surprise! Elise didn’t grow up with much family except her father and Abraham had many siblings with both parents alive but things were always complicated and distant during childhood. They still have servants, nannies, tudors and such but they have quality family time as much as possible. Still, the wellbeing of Soleanna will always be top priority in their lives.

Soleanna has been peaceful thanks to Elise’s calm but solid competence.

While Iblis no longer exists in the timeline it like seems the ceremony from the beginning still exists according to Sonic 06’s ending. They still believe the Sun God but to be a spiritual entity instead of one that can have physical contact with mortals.

Whenever the wind blows Elise feels a comforting feeling. Makes her feel at peace.

Elise likes flower pressing, does handicrafts and plays the cello.

Abraham likes poetry, gardening, even likes to cook despite his social status.

Both share interests such as reading, ballroom dancing, and making connections.

Once in a blue moon, they go ice skating.

They sometimes call each other El/Abe.

Elise means God is Promise so the names of her children are linked to hers. There are three promises of God: Resurrection, Holy Spirit, and Return.

Abraham and their kids are my very minor OCs. Abraham has brown eyes and dirty blonde colored hair. Anastasia’s eyes are blue like Elise’s with hair color that’s supposed to be a mixed color of her parents’. Hugo has his mother’s hair color and father’s eye color. Oriana has green eyes but has blonde hair lighter than her father; likely because Abraham had lighter blonde like her in the past but also like him Oriana’s will darken with age.

Oriana has green eyes because if one parent has brown eyes and the other parent with blue(Elise’s) eyes that can result to their offspring having green eyes.

Anastasia goes by Ana for short, specifically by her parents and siblings.

There’s not much about known Elise’s interests or hobbies nor her life in the new timeline so I just had to head canon and inspire from what we canonically got and (lightly) the Isekai by Sonic JP. Another for inspiration was related to actual royalty; I can see her doing something in the arts like embroidery or playing a musical instrument. I honestly don’t think she or her family will interact with adult Sonic and co. due to Elise’s official story being resolved. It’s a long shot but maybe Eggman (for different reasons than in 06). They just exist atm and aren’t involved with the main cast’s adventures. So I’m gathering all I got of them to date, it could change, it could not. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had this urge to show something of Elise during this future for a long time by now but never got to drawing any of it so this glimpse of her s/o is kinda… rushed lol. Abraham’s look will likely change if I come back to this.
