Sure sure romantic pairings are fine and all. But more people should perhaps consider two characters loving each other to the point of incomprehensibility. To the point that there is no simpler way in english to define or describe it than just to say those characters’ names together, joined eternally by the vague conjunction ‘and’. There’s so many types of love and dependencies and emotions in general thrown in there that you can’t tell what colors they are anymore, they’ve just joined into a giant blobby mess that’s almost black, but when you look closer glistens with more colors than there are names for. Just a thought

fact: when pidgin dialects involve english, -glish becomes the suffix, eg: chinglish, konglish, hinglish fact: slash pair name order puts the top first and the bottom second, eg: deancas vs casdean conclusion: english is an uke language and that’s why we have an omegaverse, not an alphaverse

As a binary trans man who just saw something deeply annoying, I would like to remind every other binary trans person that the number of canonically nonbinary characters out there is tiny and you absolutely do not need to insist that they are actually secretly a binary trans person of your gender specifically.
(And before someone makes this about bad and stereotypical characters that are clearly intended to be read as trans women or trans men but were created by cis people whose entire understanding of us is weird stereotypes, this is not about that. This is about characters like Kris from Deltarune. Kris is nonbinary. Kris uses they/them pronouns. Kris is not a man or a woman. Kris would not be made a cooler, more subversive character by having them be revealed to be a closeted trans woman.)

I've noticed posts talking about the risk of being forcibly impregnated as a trans person tend to be controversial, or straight up transmisogynistic, exorsexist, intersexist or transandrophobic, so I think it's very important to set one thing straight:
Not being at risk of forcible impregnation due to one's anatomy does NOT make one benefit from forcible impregnation of others. Not being a member of an oppressed group ≠ being their oppressor!
It's a similar situation to certain kinds of trans people being at risk of particular forms of cancer and others not. Not experiencing something isn't the same as benefitting from other people experiencing it. I think people tend to jump to calling certain things 'a privilege' even when there's no advantage or benefit to be had, just a lack of a certain kind of disadvantage.
We need to let go of the notion that not being a member of a disadvantaged Group X automatically means being Group X's oppressor!
Trans people at risk of being forcibly impregnated are not oppressed by trans people not at risk of being forcibly impregnated. And a trans person talking about being at risk of forced impregnation as an additional axis of oppression does not automatically mean they think people not at risk of forced impregnation are their oppressors.

You're very infantilizing when you talk about trans women and "tgirl" is transphobic, even when you try to make it cutesy by saying "tgirlies."
Then don't fucking follow me.

You know how I've talked about not liking when queerness is the answer to the central mystery in a work of fiction because I'm so used to it that there's absolutely no novelty to it? I think part of my strained relationship with transfemininity is that, well, not to validate TRF insecurities by making them feel boring, but I have a hard time emotionally feeling "in my bones," as I often say, that a trans woman is as inherently transgressive as I rationally know I should because there is a more complex side to my gender and I find that less validated than the part of me that could be seen as more straightforwardly a binary trans woman.
Seeing so many trans women not only erasing genderweird cis guys, but also telling me personally that I must be a TERF to align with being male and a disgusting fetishist to call myself a sissy, has made me see this as the more radical part of who I am. That would probably be the case anyway because this is more difficult to get across to cis people, but the fact that so much of the trans community is hostile to me specifically because I'm not a trans woman in the way they like* really turbo-charges it.
I had this thought reading a Wonder Woman story where she encourages a young boy to wear a costume like hers. It's deeply heartwarming, or at least it should be, but the TRF insistence that things like this could only possibly be about transfem eggs and no one else ever really puts a cloud over it for me, because I would relate as much and even more if the boy did not turn out to be the average approved clean sensible binary transfem. The representation I want to see is a boy who wants to wear girl's clothing, because I'm kinna that and I don't get to see that positively explored often, but I'm also a woman, and I should be able to enjoy the ambiguity of the comic not really explaining what the kid's deal is beyond the fact that he likes wearing Wonder Woman's costume. But I think about Kris Deltarune and all that shit, and it's like, ughhhhhhhhhhhh.
I say I talk a lot about headcanon shit because the pettiness goes to show how dedicated to rapacious cruelty TRFs are, but here is another real consequence, it is actively damaging a trans woman's ability to relate to and take joy in transfeminity and depictions of transfemininity or potential transfemininity in media.
*I don't exactly consider myself non-binary but idk I am essentially a non-binary woman, it feels stupid to be pedantic about this because I have to go into a whole Time Cube thing to try and explain what I've got going on and how I view gender as it relates to me.
