GETTING RID OF TRAUMAS IN LIFE
We all have issues in life, which is very traumatic, and it's crucial to learn how to cope up with them, so that we remain stable in life or maintain a balance, and most importantly live life to the fullest.
Traumas are mundane, time drenching and scary too. Hence it's best to stay away from people, things, and circumstances that drain us, and rot us.
Here are a few ways to keep the traumas at bay:
1) CONCENTRATE ON BEING YOUR OWN BETTER VERSION:
A simple technique is to keep learning and growing, Implementing and practising.
2) DO TASKS THAT ADD MEANING TO YOUR LIFE:
Don't do things or stuff, that only gives pleasure, otherwise you might fall into a vicious circle, and never be able to acquire true happiness and peace and prosperity.
3) TALK, DISCUSS, GET ANGRY BUT DON'T TRY TO CONTROL:
A lot of people feel that because they are the oldest, or the highest earning personal or the only earning personal etc, they are always right, and that their decision is final, but this creates bitter relationships and hatred, and can surely lead to terrible traumas.
4) ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR MISTAKES:
Acknowledging mistakes needs guts, maturity and humility, most importantly it helps you to be peaceful, avoid grudges, fights and doesn't give an opportunity to others, to control and undermine you, hence don't hesitate if a simple, " Yes, I did it, I am sorry,", works.
Also, give the other person time to forgive you, and yet, if they don't, then give them space.

MONEY MANAGEMENT:
How do you manage your money? Is more important than how much you earn? A lot of people feel that if their earnings are less, they can never become rich or get rid of their financial issues. However; it's important to understand that, it's not the earning, but it's the planning and managing the plan of one's finances, is what truly matters.
Planning finances is a real thwart, but it's crucial for safe future so that both positive and negative expenditures can be managed excellent right? For instance; Vacations, health, accidents etc.
Here are a few steps that are very crucial for sound financial planning:
1) FLEXIBLE PLANNING:
Requirements keep changing based on the situation. For ex; weddings, festivals, old age, young age etc. What may be useful today, might not be of aid tomorrow, hence planning should be flexible, for which savings through the right investment is important.
Don't buy something, because someone else did or asked you, or just because it's trendy, stick to your monthly budget always, and estimate if something might pop up in a couple of days, or months and plan accordingly.
2) SHOPPING SHOULD NEVER BE DONE ON TEMPTATIONS:
Junk food, discounted clothes, accessories are always catchy. However; you might end up spending more, hence it's important that you segregate your shopping expenditure for instance; 1000 for accessories, 5k for clothes, 1 to 2k on Food, etc based on your finances.
3) BE REALISTIC:
Savings doesn't mean that you make your life boring, a small leisure once a month is crucial, so that you don't feel stressed.
If you wanna purchase something big, then curb the unnecessary ones, you just have to ask yourself, " Do I really need this?".
4) CHECK WHAT WORKS FOR YOU:

WHY PATIENCE?
Hiya! I wanna ask you a few questions? And I
want you to not only ask yourself, these questions, but also ask your near and dear ones? Especially to the current generation, yes, I will repeat that, especially to the current generation.
1) Do you want quick results for anything, and everything you do?
2) Do you hunt for shortcuts to acquire fame and money also success quickly?
3) Do you become restless, angry, irritated, stressed, violent when you don't get whatever you desire quickly or at the time expected?
4) Do you think all these behavioural pattern of yours is actually getting you somewhere, giving you true peace and happiness?
No need to answer me, or maybe tell me anything, answer yourself honestly, and if your heart desires a true solution to these problems, then read my Tumblr post below.
One more thing, entertainment, latest trending music, jokes, dance is all good, and essential to relax, but, it doesn't let you acquire your dream life, so gaining practical knowledge, that would be of aid to you in your day to day life is important, hence do listen, and share my posts as much as possible, because knowledge is true power.
PATIENCE
The definition of patience, for a lot of people, means waiting, but waiting, is only a part of patience, most importantly, people take wrong, or hasty decisions a lot of time, because, they feel that they need to wait, and they don't know the skills needed to wait, and just can't wait, as we all know empty mind and unease is devil's workshop, isn't it?.
Thus patience is the ability to be calm, and control the inner restlessness, that includes negative chattering, and also not to get influenced, by the pessimistic environment around. So first and foremost, let's see what happens when you lack it?
Today's world is definitely a modern, digital and fast world, yes, but yet, patience is a must, as a lot of things, do need time, for instance; people taking decisions, complicated problems being solved, constructions, and many more, isn't it? (181)
Thus if we are impatient, then we will be stressed out over situations beyond our control, and especially the ones where in results obtaining, takes time, and also might be unpredictable.
Not just that, we might rush into something that is not called for, and become an embarrassment for ourselves, prove ourselves unworthy and incapable, speak in frustration, and prove ourselves arrogant, scary, thereby losing our self respect, and letting our nay sayers win over and control the situation, pulling away great opportunities from us, loosing competitions not called for, making a mess of our lives, and also acquire regretful, ashamed and upsetting feeling.
Thus, we are going to get into, or create unhealthy relationships and decisions. We all know very clearly, that patience is undoubtedly a virtue, but, obviously that's not enough, it's most important and more important to know how to do it right? let's see, how to cultivate it.
CULTIVATING PATIENCE:
Firstly, we should and must know how to distract ourselves, while waiting, so; do things that don't make you restless while waiting, it could be listening to music, dancing, singing, playing, reading etc, also one thing won't work, it's not sufficient; we need to definitely have a bucket list.
This bucket list, is like the key to unlock your patience, again, however; just this isn't enough, we also need to have the right mindset. You have to instruct, and control your mind, to actually get yourself involved in these distraction activities, so that you don't loose your calm.
Tell yourself; " I have my list, I am mentally prepared, and I am going to follow and obey the plan, no matter what". Keep repeating this unto yourself, especially, whenever you feel that you are getting off track.
Check your triggers, one of the crucial loophole, is that you want things quickly, however; if you acknowledge the fact that, you might land in a pothole, or in a pit, if you move in a haste, and then imagine the consequences, then you will surely be in control.
Another important triggers are anxiety, anger, and frustration, and also worry. Every problem, has a solution, some problems can be solved quickly, but some especially the bigger ones and the complicated ones need time, and hence patience.
Patience helps you to be resilient and graceful, hence please practice it.

MORE DETAILS ON PROCRASTINATION

2) WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DO IT?
3) HOW TO AVOID

WHAT IS PROCRASTINATION?
It is the habit of delaying or postponing something, to the later part of the day or next day, in fact a lot of times to the deadline, and then facing tremendous pressure of not just completing the task, but also, being unsuccessful in the task, and not having satisfactory results, worth the capability of that person.
A procrastinator or a person who procrastinates is necessarily not a person who is unskilled or the one who lacks knowledge or confidence to do the task or tasks, however their habits of not pushing themselves to do the task at the right time is what delays their success as well, and gets disappointment to them, as well as the people around them.
However; Procrastination is not laziness, it's the task of postponing, and laziness means not doing lots of stuff or tasks or work at all, thus a procrastinator is not necessarily lazy, but procrastination can lead to laziness if pushing habit is not accepted, controlled and recognised.
In the next post I will tell u about what happens when we do it.
