Notice: It all starts with you.     You can change your hair, you can change your clothes, you can change the colours that you wear… But if you don’t start to redefine the way you see yourself on the inside then those surface level changes just won’t stand the test of time.   Even the bitter frost of winter makes all the world look beautiful, for a while. But seasons change, and so do we. Youthful appearances fade… But if you cultivate a beautiful heart, a beautiful mind and a beautiful soul then you'll always look lovely.   So if you can feed your inner self, from way down deep, if you can quietly nourish what’s underneath the surface, and if you can shine warmth where it’s most needed in your life... Then that’s when the magic really starts to happen.    Remember, whatever you nurture from the inside will awaken and grow stronger.
