I do think the vast majority of kids media centering entirely around kids is maybe a bit of a shortcoming of kids media. There should be more kids media where the main characters are like, old women, or something.

I want to improve the quality of life!! I want to help people see that life's worth living, that it's something to stay for!!

I'm reading my psych notes studying for a test and it's talking about how "intrinsic motivation" works, and how assigning extrinsic motivation to something that has intrinsic motivation can undermine your ability to do something effectively, y'know to really have a deep understanding of why you're doing what you're doing.

Thats why I want to go into this field. I don't want to accept life passively, I don't want to be numbed out or to do things because "I have to" and "thats just the way things are." I want to do things actively, and with intention, not because I need to but because I "can".

I want to help people see that theres so much more to living than what we've been sold, and that theres so much more we can do with what we have. -- the evidence shows it

I want to improve the quality of life. I've never been more sure of anything.
