I'm wondering why the food wrappers for snacks in other countries seem cuter than ours. For example, take these snack wrappers:

The one on the left is from Japan and the one on the right is from China. They're both cuter than the snack wrappers here in the US!

Happy pride month and I thought I'd share an interesting story about the time the word 'homo' was used in a scientific way.

When my brother was in junior high, he was doing a project for genetics. He and his partner decided to name their animal Homo. My first thought was, "I'm not sure if you're using the word 'homo' correctly. "

But before I could say anything, my brother explained that their animal was named Homo because it was homozygous. (In genetics, a homozygous creature is one whose alleles are all the same, such as TT or tt) i was honestly just relieved that my brother wasn't using the term 'homo' in an offensive way. Whew! 😌

After watching "my hero academia" season four, episode 10, seeing Mirio and his father reminded me oddly of something, but I just couldn't place what at that moment.

Then it occurred to me that the way they looked, it reminded me (oddly enough) of my cousin's bowl, which has a Pinocchio cartoon on it. Not the Disney Pinocchio, but the German cartoon.

Seriously, look at the Pinocchio on the bowl, and look at how Mirio and his father look.

Don't they look similar? Or does one not remind you of the other?

After watching the marvels, I came to the realization that prince Yan is technically a Disney prince in the MCU. I mean, he sings, dances, fights, and he's extremely good-looking.

(Admittedly, I'm pointing out the obvious, but I hope you understand my point of view)

The one on the left is 1920's jazz done in black and white (hence the lack of color) and the one on the right is 1960's rock and roll. I'll upload the rest of the eras when I'm done!

I watched the Spotify interview where Jungkook was playing in a ball pit while answering questions. The scenes were so cute that I drew a couple sketches. 😍💜
