yesterday was a metabolism day and I ate so much I feel like ahh
today my goal is somewhere around 600

current weight is 174
I’ve been getting into lifting weights at the gym which has been fun.
But the main thing I’m struggling with is diet so I’m going to try to go back to 700-800 a day which is high… but I’m just trying to get used to going back to this diet.
Today I have had 780 calories already UGH. my bf might want food for him later which means I would have to eat. So I’m going to say I’m not hungry and eat with him tomorrow.
I realized my bf does not like my body type and keeps telling me the body type he likes in subtle ways. So yeah that kinda sucks. He tells me I’m beautiful but it feels like a lie and I feel it is too. I know I’m not. Ideally I would like to loose 30 pounds by the end of the year which can be hard. Just need to stick with my goals & looking for buddies to be accountable with. :)
