Cute story dropped in BNHA Ultra Impact's Charater Trust section for Aizawa. It's called Holiday Story: Shouta Aizawa's Day Off.
It starts off with Aizawa working on his day off with a bunch of paperwork, when All Might approaches him, who is also working on his day off. They exchange small talk when he asks Aizawa if he's had lunch yet:

I managed to not only recruit Nejire
But also bumped her up to SS rank!
