bread recipe

3c wheat/white flour

1 1/2c warm water

2t yeast

2t salt

mix ingredients for 2 minutes. it should be a wet dough, add more flour if you want idk

leave to rise 2-8 hours (12h-3d in the fridge)

shape the yeasty slime into the merest suggestion of a cohesive mass on a square of parchment paper

fully heat an iron pot and lid to 400*F in oven/grill/coal while the blob rises again

drop the parchment and dough into the hot pot and close it, bake for like 30 minutes

take the lid off and bake for 10-15 more minutes

it's bread!
