Our patented WedgeLock system is a versatile, architecturally discreet and very practical structural fixing.
It provides the following:
Wedge mechanism locks the guardrail stanchion in a simple plain socket
Allows the guardrail to be dropped simply into place

Structural Calculations
The quality of the steel used in fabricating any item is critical to strength and with so many grades and wall thicknesses to choose from it is simple to produce two identical looking items with radically different loading capacities.
We approached a firm of independent structural engineers (Webb Yates) to analyse the loading capacities of our 8' x 4' deck and our 4' handrail – essentially the largest and therefore weakest by area.
Having analysed the equipment on paper we then invited the British Standards Institute to our premises for random testing of our Rental stock. We are pleased to say the equipment passed with flying colours.
