ReboApp is so cute! I'm curious though if Apple was in a relationship with the arcobaleno in a poly-arco dynamic, what would her relationship with them be like? I super love poly-arco so I wanted to know what your would be like in that ship I hope this question is okay!!

Hi, anon!! Thank you for much for the ask ✨❤️ Unfortunately, poly Arco isn’t something I personally ship so it’s a little hard for me to place Apple in that scenario (and not show any bias towards specific pairings). This is nothing against poly ships in general as I like and have a few but Poly Arco just doesn’t personally speak to me! I actually don’t really ship many Arco/Arco pairs outside of a Colonnello/Lal! Though I see a lot of potential for some of the other pairs and don’t mind playing around with a few of them, but I wouldn’t say I actively ship any!  Apple being paired off with other characters is also something I have played around with before though (both with other arcobaleno characters and others) with varying results (as in sometimes it’s a decent pair for her, sometimes it’s unhealthy and so on). Hopefully one day I can touch on those more or if you have any in particular you wish to know about feel free to ask! But to quickly summarize (apologies for always being such a yapper lol) polyarco/Apple is not one I could see personally working out and one I probably won’t be writing for, sorry! I hope this answer isn’t too disappointing!

a good way to inspire yourself to do more is to see yourself as the wacky sitcom B plot character in your friends lives, "wouldnt it be funny to tell the friends in my phone about it." has gotten me to do anything from going to a festival (excelent) to wild camping (it went badly) (coastguard called) to trying to get the train to stonehenge (stonehenge costs money so i ended up just getting lunch in sailsbury, it was okay.) i bought a bicycle today and 20% of my reasoning was "itd be funny to surprise my roommate by coming home with a whole bike." . life is for living. and baby i live for the bit.

Spanner/Verde

Happy Valentines Day folks! As promised a post for tonight. I decided to focus on a non-Arcobaleno Verde ship for once and I have to say I think I cooked with these two. Enjoy! 💚

I can see them starting out as one-sided rivals to rivals to lovers. That one-sided part being Spanner seeing Verde as a rival but Verde not seeing him. Then after Spanner proves himself via his own inventions Verde starts to get competitive. (While also being impressed.) 

Thus begins the era of these two constantly trying to outdo each other. During this time Tsuna was constantly used to test out Spanner’s experiments, while Verde got the Arcobaleno to volunteer. Skull and Mammon were the biggest help. 

Eventually enough was enough and Tsuna forced those two to work together on a project due to the fact their competition was starting to get out of hand. Basically it started to overwhelm the Tsuna and get dangerous as other people were accidentally dragged into it. 

While working together, they got close and realized how much they had in common. Which ended in them pretty much dating. No one really knows if it’s official. They only know that Spanner and Verde have been seen holding hands and they tend to work on their projects together and collaborate.

Spanner is the only one of them that can cook. 

That said, they both still have a competitive nature and will invent robots that cook things for them. The one who makes the best meal wins 

Spanner tends to just do things. He’ll hold Verde’s hand when they’re walking together, he’ll decide to kiss Verde’s cheek in public, ect. 

Verde is easily flustered so he’ll go bright red each time. Especially if they happen to be in public 

Both have trouble sleeping at a proper time. That is to say, neither of them really has a proper sleep schedule. Because of this they both pass out in the lab. Verde will often put his lab coat over Spanner’s shoulders or get a robot to drag Spanner to a couch or bed. Depending on what he’s working on, Spanner will just make Verde’s head rest in lap while he works on something. If he does happen to work with something dangerous, like a soldering tool, then he’ll grab a pillow or put Verde on a couch nearby. 

Spanner likes to have the object of his affections close so that’s why he never puts Verde in his bedroom. 

Their dates include going to museums, amusement parks, candy stores that specialize in lollipop making, going to Japan, staying home and cuddling while waiting for take-out, making robots together, and participating in mafia robot fights. 

Verde isn’t big on PSA, but he feels comfortable enough to do things like kiss Spanner’s cheek or hands when at home or when they’re alone. 

In public the seat next to Spanner is Verde’s tho. He’ll silently glare at all who take it from him and the person who dares will find themselves in a lot of Verde’s experiments.

Not the type to get married as planning a wedding takes away from their passions but they would buy each other rings and wear them. 

They enable each other a lot so they usually have a third wheel hanging around/checking in on them to make sure they aren’t up to anything too crazy and are taking care of themselves. 

Whenever Spanner tries making a new lollipop flavor or recipe, Verde is the first to taste test it. Along with spanner’s being his favorite shape to make them in alligator/crocodile looking molds have become a staple. 

As an April Fools gift Verde convinced him to make some in the shape of pacifiers and they both were hunted down and pelted with water balloons. (Reborn was the only Arcobaleno to have actually gotten a good laugh out of it. He was also the first to find them. Yuni thought it was sweet and sent them a thank you card with a box of her favorite desserts. The others didn’t appreciate the dark humor as much—Mammon especially. A few days later a device to dispel mist illusions was created, thus further revolutionizing flame tech in the mafia.)

For Valentine’s Day Spanner made Verde a bunch of chocolate lollipops in his two favorite shapes and Verde gave Spanner an anatomically correct mechanical heart that was powered by his flames. It’s now Spanner’s most prized possession and resulted in lots of cuddling and kisses. 

As for what they did that day…they wanted to work on a project together, but they were dragged out of their house to go on a romantic date that their friends set up for them. It was one of the few times they dressed up and did anything fancy. Both enjoyed it greatly, though Verde will never outright admit it. (The date itself was a picnic at Vongola Estate with the usual shenanigans that comes with khr. Imagine The Vongola + The Arcobaleno + Shoichi + Byakuran all dressed up as either wait staff, chefs, or musicians making sure Spanner and Verde had a good date. And yes, the whole thing was Yuni’s idea.)

The Valentine's Day post will be late because I napped. It wasn't a good nap either. I woke up a little feverish because that's just what impromptu naps do to me tbh. I'll still be working on stuff, but yeah, I'm already falling behind. I think I need to stop trying to schedule things. I'm not ready for the power of schedules 😔
