I love girl meets rock.
Was thinking of manga to get into for a long while until I remembered gmr won first place alongside kagurabachi in the tsugimanga awards and thought “i like band stuff, why not give it a go?” and my first impression was that it was an entertaining albeit not super unique story, but then I finished the first volume and immediately felt the mysterious urge to start volume two as soon as possible. And then i closed three. And then i read the newest chapters online. I don’t know. This is like, my new favorite thing I think.
#even now i want to reread it#because i realize my initial comprehension of some of the characters was just a bit off#however i think it may have been intentional on kuwhali’s part#its kind of refreshing actually#i love a wholesome positive story but this drama shit is crazy entertaining#there was actually a part where i was very excited about a squabble between the mc and another character#i gleefully repeated get his ass at least a dozen times
