I'm finding that building routines gets a lot easier for me when I give myself options within the framework. like, instead of "I'm going to clean, wash dishes, brush, floss, bathe, and shampoo EVERY NIGHT" I look at how much energy I have and pare it down to something that fits that budget (even/especially if it feels like "cheating").

I used to have this fear in me that if I wasn't intensely strict about that stuff I just wouldn't do it at all, but that's just not true (and if it is, all the more reason to accommodate ur low energy, you need a REST).

a little is better than nothing. skip a day of one thing and come back to it the next day. do a sponge bath. give yourself one day a week where you get to say Nope to something. keep ur routines flexible and they're less likely to break.
