I really cant wait until its getting colder outside again. My walks in the lunch break are unbearable right now. But 4n4 wont let me skip them. So fuck it.

This morning I was so hungry I felt like I was going to give in but after doing some stuff I don’t fell like that at all.
I don’t feel hungry but I still feel empty.
I feel like if I eat a bit more of what I think is enough I will feel extremely sick after.

Today I woke up extremely hungry but I’m following the my melody diet and I want to do it right. Since I’m having canelloni for lunch I have to save all my cals for that meal since I only have 300 today.
So instead of eating I:
- Cleaned the house a little and did my daily chores.
- Did a bit of journaling.
- Had an everything shower.
- Did some skincare.

Ana log:
It’s been a week since I’ve started restricting again, just skipping breakfast and keeping my calories low. I haven’t done anything more drastic because I wanted to take it slow.
I’ve also been keeping a little food journal and mental log. I’ve really liked it so far and would really like to keep it consistent.
This week I’m starting to calorie count and I’ll be doing this diet starting today. I’ll also try to do this workout every night.
