                    While his ability user obviously WASN’T looking, the ability would quickly shove his hand into the man’s wallet, pull out a rather expensive looking watch, and quite literally disappear into thin air.

                    Now the poor man was DOWN a watch. The only hint of the culprit was the other boy off to the side looking around confused for his ability.

                    ‘ ... Dodger ? Where’d you go ? ‘

Any ( former ) member of the Port Mafia would be a fool to NOT immediately associate that fiery red hair, well - tailored hat, and petite stature with one of the most FEARED executives of that wretched organization. 

                   She almost DOESN’T want to aid him. But of course, her motives and goals don’t discriminate so long as it caused the discord she wanted. For a price, she WOULD help him. 

                     ... That is, if he even KNEW about what sort of business she was running here. Still, from behind the mask, she offers a friendly tone as she sits at her shop.

         Since Charley has barely any money to his name, he’ll often sit out on the streets and take ART COMMISSIONS on the spot ! He’s not very good at figuring out the Japanese currency since he’s ... really not a Japanese local. So he basically runs on a ‘ customer - pays - what - they - want ‘ basis ... which isn’t the best business principal but what do you expect from a fourteen year old ?

        He’s also able to blend fairly well / not make it weird since the street art / caricature art is fairly common in Japan. However, his art style definitely leans less on caricature style and moreso leaning on the a cartoony style like D.isney and other older cartoons.

╰   ✎  █║  ⁞    —     ˗ˏˋ       IT’S ONLY BEEN A FEW MONTHS since he’s came here to this city. Did he knows the ins and outs of Yokohama ? Well ... he was getting there; slowly but surely at least. Something new he’s found was a RATHER PECULIAR BUILDING with doors that quite a few people came in out of. Peeking through the doors showed him that the place was a cafe ... but the cafes back in London weren’t THAT many stories tall ! 

                     But with so much traffic into that building, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to set up his little drawing business there. Other people in Japan were doing this sort of thing so it wasn’t THAT weird ! And thus, he sets up on a nearby bench with his sketchbook and pen; waiting until a friendly looking woman passes by.

                    ‘ Hey there, Miss ! Could I interest you in a drawing ! For a couple of yen ! ‘

                    A couple of yen is literally just a few POUNDS at best but ... well, he’s way more used to the London currency. Oops.
