A short comic set in my Stardew Valley AU!

This comic takes place right after Gem, Jimmy and Grian move back into the valley for a while after Jimmy and Lizzies grandfather passes. Pearl and Gem haven't spoken in years- They've been in town for a couple days and have been "avoiding" each other. It seems like they left things on...bad terms....

Grian's Wings

do you think Grian's wings hurt him? I think the watchers gave him those wings, but do they hurt him? In Wicked, the monkeys loved looking at the birds, they longed to fly and be free in the sky like the birds, but when they got their wings it was painful, it hurt them, they weren't used to having wings, it cause them immense pain and to act rashly and harshly from the pain do you think when the watchers gave Grian his wings it hurt him like that? And that's why he can often seem kind of cold, especially towards him showing his affection towards people

My essay on Pearlescent Moon (and why I relate to her so much)

I think Pearl is just personally so relatable to me. Not only has she felt alone and betrayed by people she's tried to love, she has used that rejection to do some not so good things, which i must admit, i did. I felt like everyone I ever loved only left me, that no one was a real friend to me and it was all out of pity, so i used all those angry adn sad emotions to only dump all my feelings onto my friends in unhealthy ways, then blame them adn victimize myself, which only pushed them away furthur. I have learned to become a better person and to talk about my feelings in a healthy way, and now I do have people who truly love me, but I still get that anxiety about them leaving me, and I think that is EXACTLY WHAT PEARL DOES! In Double Life they were all assigned a soulmate, before figuring out her soulmate, Pearl goes off with Martyn into the Nether. Coming back she finds Scott and Cleo, who have already figured out that Martyn and Pearl are their soulmates. Scott and Cleo feel slighlty betrayed that Martyn and Pearl went out together before even looking for them, so they basically "break up" with their soulmates, which you can tell hurts Pearl a lot, to be left by someone who is supposed to love her. And to only make the wound worse, after that, Martyn also leaves Pearl, so now she is just alone, and can only blame herself, but is also just sitting in her own sadness and rage. Not to mention she gets a dog, who is her only friend and companion, which then dies. She gets angry and does some bad stuff to people such as making Scott lose hearts by purposefully taking damage, all the while thinking she is still the victim and Scott is the only one who should be blamed. To make her rage even bigger, people in the server called her "crazy" and made her out to be even more of a monster than she already was, which caused her guilt, but that guilt only played out in the form of rage, so it seemed like she didn't feel the guilt she was having over her actions, which only caused her to kill and do more harm to the people who hurt her first.

A Geminitay Rant <3

has anyone realized just how powerful Gem is? She's portrayed as such a nice, sweet, and gentle person, and typically she is but she can be so powerful the one way I can think of describing her that makes sense in my brain is a poisoned cup of wine you want to taste it, you know it will taste amazing, but you know you shouldn't taste it. You saw someone pour the poison into the wine, yet you can't resist it. And once you stop drinking you can't stop. Not only is gem a wonderful builder and a strong fighter, she is good at manipulation, and I don't think she even does it on purpose, maybe she does. It's because she has such a duality to her, where she is just genuinely such a friendly and sweet person, yet she can be so scary and terrifying. You know you don't want to mess with her, but you want to be close to her, like drinking a cup of poison wine.

So I have a lot of headcannons about Scar, and this totally checks out. Also, I am talking about Scar, the character Scar, this is not me saying anything about the CC himself. I am Neurodivergent. I am autistic and I have ADHD. I definetly see many autistic and neurodivergent traits in Scar (part of the reason why I relate to him so much). So him being Aro just checks out in my brain because one autistic trait (that even I have experienced heavily) is not being able to distinguish between platonic and romantic love, and not just in the case that you're unsure if a relationship you have with someone is romantic or platonic, but also you're actions may be platonic in your head, but other people could see it as heavily romantic

Scar probably thought of Grian as just a very good friend but in autistic brains the line between very good friend and partner can be extremely blurred (like, extremely blurred, it's crazy, sometimes it's even the same line) and i think this explain a lot of Scar's behavior, becuase he does behave very friendly with a lot of people, but maybe not as friendly as he does with Grian, but it might not be to the level of flirting idk, it all makes sense in my brain, I hope this makes sense to you guys, and feel free to agree or disagree with me, or provide your own theories.
