i am truly not okay. and things are just going to get really bad in the next few weeks for me mentally.

and i dont even...

im trying to hold on and what not. i truly am.

but im not ready for the stress the next ...threeish weeks are going to be for me.

im going to be so stressed and i dont know if im going to make it or if im going to have finally have the medical emergency that i keep anticipating.

im really, REALLY not okay.

i dont know why im writing this.

im just screaming into the void, i guess.

im just really not ready for the stress thats awaiting me soon and its already taxing on me]

Sometimes life has a different path set out for you. We have to do the best we can and sometimes just go with the flow for a bit! We can always change our path when the winds die down.

Some new year affirmations to ring in the new year! 🎉 I originally made this 5(!) years ago and am bringing it back this year so that I can have some rest. I hope this year, you can start the things you've always want to start and focus on all the good instead of only the negative. 💛

I...Don't really have much to say about 2024.

(i actually do but it's mostly sad and upsetting so...)

This year was honestly all kinds of suckage. This was the year my mental health finally took the decline I was afraid it would. My physical health is in shambles...And so is my spouse's, to be quite honest.

I lost my grandfather and I don't have anymore grandparents.

I don't have much to kind things to say about this year. Except that it was hard. Really, really hard.

And I honestly don't have much hope for 2025. Because I lost all of that too. Any positivity and light I had was finally snuffed out this year.

And it's all gone.

Work is absolutely unbearable.

I'm burnt out. Very, very burnt out.

On so much.

I'm so tired.

I'm so afraid. Of so much.

so...

to you who is reading this, i hope your new year is full of light. joy and happiness. and that if you're going through a hard time, while it may be tough, remember that you are tougher.

to the future me, months from now: i pray that your burdens have eased and that the decisions you will have to make are the ones that have eased those burdens. i pray that you can see the color in life again and your smile comes easier.

Sometimes I feel bad if I lose focus and end up “wasting” time, but it doesn’t mean the whole day is wasted! We can still finish what we need to get done and forgive ourselves for the perfectly normal lapses in our schedule.
