I wonder, why is Chuuya the one baby sitting Achan and Ryuchan ?

Do you think Gin, Higuchi or Kenji would be good at baby-sitting too ?

It's just Chuuya's availability. Higuchi and Gin do babysit them sometimes, but they're not as high up in the PM and are often busy on missions, whereas Chuuya hears "are you available x day? We have plans--" and he is already on the phone canceling meetings/reassigning whatever work he was gonna do lol.

(He also does a lot of "hey, I can take the kids for the weekend if you two want some alone time." Which Akutagawa jumps at.)

Kenji can babysit them but there are so many other babysitters in line before him I don't think he's ever watched them himself. He'll play with them when they're running loose at the ADA the days Atsushi brings them to work, and they've gone to his farm to help out (and terrorize the farm animals) but he's never sat them.

I've been following this comic for awhile but I still haven't found the answer to this question — are sskk² deaged sskk? or are they their kids?

Technically yes, and yes.

There are several fics that you can read [ here ].

The quick rundown is that Acchan and Ryuu-chan are from an alternate timeline, brought to this timeline by ability-related shenanigans. Their absence caused their timeline to collapse, so the babies did not vanish when the ability shenanigans were nullified by Dazai because they had nowhere else to go.

Since they were brought to this timeline as literal infants, they have no memories or knowledge of where they were before, and Akutagawa & Atsushi have raised them and been their parents the entire time. (With some assistance from Chuuya. And maybe a small amount of help from Dazai. If you can call it "help.")
