Day 1 - 22/01/19
Started the 12 Day smoothie detox today! The results i’ve seen have been pretty good so I hope this goes just as well for me. So my eating plan is: 7:45 - warm lemon water 8:00 - Smoothie 10:00 - Snack one - fruit 12:00 - Smoothie 14:00 - Snack two - Veg 16:00 - Smoothie 19:00 - Lean meal (small and optional) 21:00 - Herbal tea My current weight is: 13st 4lbs - 84kg - 186lbs
