I found the place where Chris trains/lives!

It’s at Palladium de Champéry in Valais, Switzerland! 

The Champéry Palladium is a multifunctional complex that houses a restaurant, a hotel, a multi-purpose gymnasium with a stage and 3 fully-equipped conference rooms, tennis courts, pools, an ice rink, climbing wall, fitness room etc. It is also home to the National Ice Sports Centre.  

Anyway the image below is a screencap from the episode and the images after are pictures of the actual place.

Character Analysis: JJ STYLE

hi guess who’s not done talking about yoi and JJ Leroy in specific? it’s me ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿

I think the difference between people who have always liked him and those who truly hated him up until now is whether they saw his huge ego as a genuine self perception, a projected image, or was curious about which it really was. For me, it was the last and, other than finding him so funny, I liked him because I thought he made a great foil for Yuuri.

Yuuri, to both us and his fellow competitors, obviously lacks self confidence and quietly forms/attracts connections with his competitors, while JJ is the hard opposite in being brashly vocal in his confidence, thereby putting off the others. (”I was just kidding!” It was a marriage announcement, and you challenged it in a way that said, “haha not going to happen,” JJ, learn to read the damn mood.)

YOI is great at showing how different athletes approach their sport, and the secondary cast of skaters are basically personifications of them, as well as different kinds of love.

About the YOI end program

SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 12 BELOW

So we all died after watching the pair skate between these two beautiful people, but when my friend and I re-watched the episode, we noticed that the trim on Viktor’s jacket looked silver rather than the gold we saw in Episode 1 when Yuri was skating Viktor’s program, Stay Close to Me.

Episode 1:

At first we thought it was lighting and just assumed that it was gold based on what we saw in episode 1. But if you look carefully, you notice that their rings are a different color in the same exact lighting.

THEY’RE DIFFERENT COLORS. AND WE ALL KNOW THAT THE RINGS ARE GOLD. But why silver? Why did Viktor get his costume re-made into silver, when he could have just used the one from the previous Grand Prix where he won the gold?
