I spent a morning recently at The Box Portsmouth/Crossfit Portsea Island with Emily Linnane, friend, personal trainer, Olympic weight lifting coach & CrossFit L1 coach...phew!!

Emily gave up her 9 to 5 to follow her dream and become a personal trainer and she wanted a promotional video. I'm always up for learning new things so we got together and this is the result....it was fun! I learnt a lot and although I would do things differently next time both for the shoot and also the editing, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out.
