thinking about how as a teen i always knew i was some level of aroace & had no desire for a romantic relationship but didn’t actually identify that way til more recently bc i’d never heard of oriented attraction before & i still felt Something towards women, especially masculine women
but instead of angsting about it at all i kinda just got up one day & said Fuck it if i’ll never gaf about attracting other ppl i might as well attract Myself. and then i spent the next 4-5 years steadily becoming more butch on purpose
