𐙚 buying a little who plays an instrument a baby version of it ! watching them smile and giggle about the new song they’ve made just for you , happily plucking strings and hitting keys (..◜ᴗ◝..)

maybe it’s a playdate with another tiny , and they make something together !!

sometimes regression is getting really excited to hold a soft plushie and then feeling bad for leaving the other ones out. but then the more you hold the more you realize you have. so you try to keep picking up more plushies to hold them all but you dont have the room in your arms to hold them all so you get really sad about not being able to hold them all and text your partner about how sad you are about it

I am thinking about getting more pusheen items with the gift card I got for Christmas !!

I think more pusheen blankies and maybe even the fuzzy pusheen hoodie would be awesomes :00

Rainey's rule list . . .

!! Disclaimer :: these are the personal rules I use for my headspace ,, always figure out what works for you !!

• Bedtime at 10 pm on weekdays , 11 pm on weekends (pretty flexible !!)

• Sweets limited after dinner

• Always aim to take a bath before bed

• Communicate to your caregiver (they aren't mind readers !!!)

• Eat at least 2 meals a day

• No eating sweet stuff before a meal

• Tidy your room before bed

• Always drink one bottle of water before sweet drinks

• PG and G rated media only (also flexible if you ask !!!!)

• No harming yourself or others

• No cursing

• Brush teeth at least twice a day

• Always be honest

That's all!! Like I said these are just rules that I use personally for you to reference, always find out what works best for you!!!

activities to do with your carer .ᐟ 🦇

ꪆৎ puddle hunting !

my cg takes me out on little drives when it rains and we find loads of puddles to splash through, it’s so fun !

ꪆৎ tea party !

get all your stuffies together and some little snacks and host a tea party! your cg can be your special guest hdhdh

ꪆৎ build a fort !

this is really nostalgic for me! you can watch some cartoons together or play some games :3

ꪆৎ board games !

i love playing board games so much, easy things like connect 4 and snakes & ladders are so fun !!

ꪆৎ story time !

your carer can read you little story books OR you could get a learn to read book ! picture books so your carer can point to animals and stuff and ask you what they are :3

ꪆৎ nature walk !

you could have a little regression scrap book and collect leaves and stuff to put in or collect pretty rocks or find some puddles !

ꪆৎ a bubble bath !

i personally love bath time i have so many toys for it, if effort is put in it can be such a fun activity especially before bedtime ! you can get bath pens and baby bubble bath !

(of course only if you’re comfortable with your carer being there for this)

My thoughts at 3 am

*thru tears* what if... i was a little stuffed animal. and you lvoed me so much? and hugged me to sleep and i was your favourite and andnyou always missed me when you couldn't cuddle me and whenever you woke uppl and saw me fallen by the side of the bed you'd go "oh no!!" and you'd pick me up and give me a big squeeze for being so brave down the side of the bed
