What technique do you use for achieving your halftone effect? I'm kind of clumsy in photoshop yet and would appreciate any tips! My prof. Lynda Barry's lending library is stocked with several of your zines and I can't get enough- so i'm gonna buy one of your books. :)

Hey if I have Rav 1st collection and issues 7,8,9,&10, will there be any new material in the 2nd collection?

no! 2nd collection collects 7-10. issue 11 will be coming out “soon”.....i gotta finish it first

Bought Rav 1st collection. Read the last few pages. Tried it out, really did felt like I ate a sandwich of cigarettes. Do you draw while overloaded on coffee? The migraines are horrible.

sorry! i don’t know. i would really hate to eat a sandwich full of cigarettes. i did probably drink a lot more coffee back then than i do now. im trying to tone it down

mickey i didnt buy a cool dog pin at SPX bc I was like "hey I've never heard of this artist what if this pin is some fan inside joke i'm not in on that wouldnt be cool of me" and 2 days later I love your art and anyways, that's how I made the biggest mistake of my life

I LOVEEEEE the comic you made for Gaijin Mangaka!! I love all your work, but this one for me takes the cake. It feels super real to I guess how I feel, and I just wanted to say thanks for something that makes me feel a lil sad, and a lil happy, and laugh a little bit too while I read it.
