Imagine:

Zoey, Mira, Rumi all cuddled up on the bed, it’s so warm and cozy and their gentle breathing fills the room in quiet slumber. It’s just such a pure warmth filled bed of love and comfort

And then Zoey bolts up in the middle, her eyes open and she jolts violently

“I KNOW HOW TO FIX THE BRIDGE!” She pushes herself until she grabs her phone (smacking Mira accidentally in the process) and begins singing a barely coherent voice note with a beat and sound track, lyrics flying from her lips

Once she’s done she reaches back over across the two girls (accidentally smacking Mira in the face for the second time that night) and lays back down, passing out immediately

Poor Mira and Rumi lay there in agony at their sleep being interrupted but at this point they’re used to it. It’s such a common occurrence

(And yes, while not very coherent at the time, the voice note does help give Zoey the fix to the bridge she needed)

Funny AU idea:

Mira and Zoey learn about Rumi's secret at some point before the movie. Long ago enough to have made peace with it and understand she had her reasons to hide it.

Rumi has no idea they know. She keeps being her awkward, angsty self while Mira and Zoey are trying to make her feel safe enough to tell them. And then invite her to the polycule.

And so when they Saja Boys arrive, Zoemira share a look and they know they're thinking the same thing: this Is their perfect chance to show Rumi they can be ok and civilized with demons if they are nice too.

Rumi doesn't get the memo and believes they are crushing on them and has to adf 'oh shit I'm in love with my two bestfriends" to her list of things to have a mental breakdown over every day, tho.

i've always been dogshit at pottery on a wheel because i have weak noodle arms and can't hold my hands firmly in place to center the clay but i finally realized the root issue was that my legs are SHORT since i have the limb/torso proportions of a dachshund and i couldn't brace my elbows on my legs, so i put bricks under my feet and now i can sort of do it!! i've tried to learn twice in the past from TALL people but had a revelation when i watched a medium size guy throwing.

The moral of the story is: don't give up, maybe you just need bricks
